Real Property has been a real asset to us. They placed a great tenant in a very short time. The payments have always been on time and they actually do the walk through that they say they will. I received a complete report including photos of the property from the walk through. Very detailed report. I am completely satisfied with the service they have given us! more

RPM is Great! 4/10/2017

I started using RPM Phoenix 4 years ago when a friend who was renting my home moved out. I was skeptical about using a management service at first but am so glad I made the decision. Since using RPM I net a greater monthly income, the property looks better than ever before, and they do a great job leasing quickly to the right people. Propert management and fees 10/13/2016

I found this company to be very efficient and fair. Their set up fees are half everyone else. I found it easy to work with them, easy and prompt and their fees better than any other. If you need your property to be looked after, take the time to check this company out, there work speaks for itself, well worth the time and effort,a must do in my book. more
