positive, upbeat and motivating 4/7/2010

I enjoyed my membership -- I found that the number of classes, the variety and the scheduled times made it possible to enjoy classes that were of interest when I needed them. The instructors were always positive, upbeat and motivating. The weight room at Pittsford was another positive, not only the machines, but the staff walking through to assist. more

Your facility is excellent, your staff are friendly and helpful. Given my age and physical condition, I appreciate when a trainer is willing to adapt a program to fit my needs. I was formerly a marketing specialist with the 50+ demographic, and would love to see RAC take advantage of the baby boom demographic. Thank you. more

I really enjoy being a member of the club. I enjoy taking zumba with Emily and any class that Beth teaches in Pittsford. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I receive at the club more

Nice, pleasant receptionists, I haven't had much one-on-one personal attention (don't need it). Glad you put towel racks throughout the exercise facility--better now. No complaints. more
