Quanz Automotive Care

After I was sideswiped this past October, I was given a list of repair shops to choose from, and chose Quanz due to some positive reviews I'd read, as well as its proximity to my home. I'm so glad I chose them! Chris is an excellent customer contact--she's very knowledgeable and went over all the various repairs they would be doing to fix my car. She was able to answer all my questions, describe the process and the reasons of why they'd do the various repairs, and make me feel comfortable that my car would come back to me in perfect condition. I was given a very thorough quote, as well as a time estimate. I scheduled a day to bring my car in, and the rest was easy! My car was actually done a little earlier than expected, but they found an issue with my brake light. They did some tests and found it wasn't related to the accident, but then went above nd beyond--they called the local Hyundai dealer and found out it was actually a manufacturer defect for which there was a recall. Quanz took my car to the dealer FOR me and got it fixed, so when I picked up my car, it was 100% ready-to-go! Upon picking my car up, they went over everything they'd done on a step-by-step report and made sure I was happy with their work (I most certainly was). They gave me a copy of the report for my records, made sure I had all the aftercare instructions for my new paint, and made it clear they were there for me if I had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Quanz to anyone--to my knowledge, they're accepted and even preferred by many insurances, and for good reason, too! more

I trusted my brand new car to have the bumper replaced at Quanz after it was hit in a parking lot. The staff at Quanz were knowledgeable and worked with our tight schedule to get it fixed in a timely manner. The parts were ordered and received quickly without issues, which is a huge improvement from other local body shops. The repair was done much ahead of schedule and their attention to detail was unmatched! They even went above and beyond by touching up unrelated paint scratches and nicks with the leftover paint! I am grateful I can trust my car with Quanz. I've had several occasions over the last five years to bring my car to both the body shop and the mechanical repair, and every time they exceed my expectations. They are less expensive than their competitors, and they accurately diagnose my problems. They properly fix what is wrong, and their warranty means they stand behind their work. I have heard about and experienced bad service from other chain stores, and I will never go anywhere other than Quanz. My wife's car was hit by another car, and we took it immediately to their body shop. It was ready in three days. Our Camry had 237k miles when we retired it. I know there are alot of vehicle repair shops in alq/rio rancho, but when I got in my accident my insurance company recommend a hand full of their direct repair shops in town. I wasnt sure which one to use, until one of my friends told me," I take all my vehicles to Quanz for any work I need done, because they do quality work. Recently I have had to take two different cars in for service and or body work. Quanz Automotive Care hands down has it right from the moment you walk in to answering questions before you leave. Friendly, clean, helpful, knowledgeable, Honest and professional. This is what customer service is supposed to be. Quanz is known in Alb. as the best auto shop in town. Many people have there vehicles checked there even if it's farther for them. They are extremely thorough, will do a vehicle pre purchase check for you, and will give you honesty. They are located in a very convenient area for many, as they are just off of Paseo Del Norte and Eagle Ranch Rd. They are open early and you can pick your car up after hours if previously arranged for. You will have service you can trust from this business. more
