I went to the puchline for my birthday to see Charlie Murphy. I was forced to sit a small table with six adults; I couldn't reach the table to eat my food. There were tall men sitting at the front of our table and I couldn't see the stage. When I asked the management to reseat us, I was told that I they would not move us. When I pointed to an empty table they told me that that particular table was for the handicapped, (wheel chair accessible) Later I saw them seat people that were not handicapped. The club enforces a two-drink minimum; we ordered our first round of drinks from the very rude waitress. Later in the show I tried to order another drink three times and was told to wait, the waitress said that she would get to us. I walked up to the bar and tried to order a drink, the manager told me that I could only order from my cocktail waitress. I explained that I tried to order from her, however the manager didn't seem to care and would not let me place an order. The cocktail waitress passed us a total of twelve times before she finally got to us, however that was two hours after the original order was placed and the show was almost over.\r
I found it very difficult to enjoy the show because of the way I was treated and because of seating arrangement. I would not recommend this place to anyone for the sole fact the management and the wait staffs was so unaccommodating, and were not in slightest apologetic about their policies and lack of service. I paid a lot of money for the tickets, drinks, and food, and regret it.\r
