When my wife and I bought our house the previous owner got away with the openers. We called price and they came out right away with two new openers, also programmed the home link for our car. The tech serviced both garage doors and was very nice to work with. Now my light on the opener button in my garage is blinking and am sure they will be able to help us out. more

We had a door that was defective. The paint was fading. I sent Guy pictures of the problem. He got the manufacturer to replace the door under warranty. They also serviced the door while they were here, it runs better than ever. Thanks for such great service!! more

Prices is always great to respond to any problems in a timely manner. They are efficient and on time. Didn't have to wait more than a day for them to come and fix my problem. more

Price's Guaranteed Doors came out to replace the springs on my garage door. They also told us our doors needed to be replaced. I wasn't there at the time of the job, but when I came back they had already replaced the rotors. I don't know what is standard, but there was grease all over the floor on both sides of the track, and they didn't even lube the chain. Maybe that would be an extra charge, but it seems standard to at least lube the chain. They didn't exceed my expectations with this job. However, in general I trust them. They put in a back door for us, and they are a good company. They have been around for a long time. more

In 2010, we won a lifetime maintenance program at a home show. Price Doors came out and, $300 later, our garage door was well oiled, the sensors were repaired and we were pleased with the service. Fast forward to 2011. I received multiple calls stating that we needed to have our door looked at. I told the gentleman that it was working great but he insisted on coming out to "check" it. After doing a check on the door, he told me that springs can break all of a sudden and that he would recommend new rollers when the spring breaks. He mentioned this 2 or 3 times during the 10 minute service visit. I told him the door was working great and we couldn't afford any major repairs right now. Funny thing...my garage door spring broke 42 hours later. Hmmm! I called the service department and was told that these things happen and that they don't "fix doors for free". I was not offered a discount for the repair and was not even treated courteously by the service manager. I do not recommend Price Doors for service and will look elsewhere for our repairs (including fixing a broken spring now). Took 3 days to get a call back. Had called Prices Thurs morning no one buy 1 person could help left him a message, called again Thurs afternoon was told he would call me back by 9:30 am on Friday. Called them again Friday afternoon and again was giving a voicemail. Called another company Friday night at 8:30 and had they called me back by 8:00 am Sat morning was at my house by 10:00 and a new garage door opener was installed by 12:00 pm. I finally got a call back around 10:00 am on Monday. If they would have just called and even scheduled an appointment I would have waited. I called Price's Guaranteed Doors to fix our garage door when a spring broke and needed to be replaced. Our builder had used them for the initial installation of the door, which was why we chose them for the repair. They were prepared, well-equipped, informative, and knowledgeable. The price was higher than what I expected but I had a good overall experience with them. more

I had been looking for doors and my house is old, so I had some specific things that I wanted. I had gone to Lowe's and Home Depot, but Price's Guaranteed Doors gave me the best feeling that I was going to get what I wanted...and I did. Their completion work is good. They installed a new front door as well as a back door with a dog door in it. They also installed some rain gutters, fascia, and siding on my shed. Once Price's Guaranteed Doors got here, they did everything well. The glass that was installed in the front door needs to be changed, which they are doing at no charge to me until the job is completed. more
