It was some of the best service I've had at any auto shop. Everyone was nice and they got us in and out quickly.

I went in for a smog test the other day and they were able to get me in right away. I also went in today, they had to order a part for me to repair my window switch. more

Good work but too expensive 6/4/2013

Prestige Auto Works has an excellent service but their prices are too high. I felt they overcharged for the labor but they do a great job as far as fixing your car. I am not sure if it was just women getting overcharged for simple maintenance and repairs, but it was high. I shop around for prices and my boyfriend's brother is a mechanic, and even he recognized I was being ripped off. I was given a labor price and I got called back once the work was done and told the labor price would be higher because it took extra time. He wanted to charge me $521 to replace an air conditioning piece and censor so I went elsewhere and got it done for $200. more

Great quality, but high prices and long wait 6/3/2013

Prestige Auto Works prices are too high and the service takes too long. It takes longer than the estimated every time and I am looking to go elsewhere in the future. The quality of the work is a five star but it is not worth the wait. RESPONSE FROM Prestige Auto Works: We do our best to estimate how long a repair will take. Especially on Saturdays, when we have mostly drop-in's, the wait times vary. A few factors come into play for repair time - part availability and delivery schedule, available lift, actual repair time or unexpected delays. The quality of our repair is a priority and if it takes longer than expected, we appreciate our customers patience and they can be assured we are getting the job done right - not rushed. more

Convenient hours, friendly service. 4/3/2013

Most recently I went in to Prestige Auto Works for an oil change but I have been there before. They get my in quickly. They are always friendly and their prices are reasonable. They're open on Saturdays which is a big plus. more

Alignment still feels off. 4/1/2013

This was my first experience with Prestige Auto Works. I got my car aligned there. I still feel like it's not totally fixed, it still goes to the right if I let the steering wheel go. I would go back to them if they would fix their work. I haven't reached out to them about this yet. RESPONSE FROM Prestige Auto Works: We do stand behind our work. The guy was very straightforward. He was very honest and direct, and didn't try to oversell me like other places do. I would totally recommend them. I've been to other places before and didn't like them as much because they are more sales focused. more

I went to Prestige Auto Works on a Saturday morning for a diagnostics on my vehicle because my "Check Engine" light was on. My only dissatisfaction with the experience comes from the waiting; the work was supposed to take 2 hours and I waited there for 5 hours. But, there is nothing they can do about the waiting. The good thing is that it looks like they fixed the problem and the light is no longer on. more

Great 1/17/2013

My car had been sitting for about a-year-and-a-half and needed some work done before I started diving it again. My son referred me to Prestige Auto Works, who did the smog check and changed my breaks. They fixed my car and they are the first mechanic shop to ever show me the parts they took out and explain why they had to be replaced. I had never had an auto mechanic volunteer to show me the parts they took out. Andre was very helpful. He even helped me by referring Capital Collision Center, who did some body work on my car. Overall, it was a great experience. more

It was a little daunting to go to Prestige Auto Works at first. The building isn't exactly great, and the area it's in may make you wonder what you're doing there. Once you get in though, the tune-up space is clean and the staff is professional. They're honest and upfront about things like the cost of repair. I've been there twice so far, and it's been a very good experience. more

Fast, friendly, efficient, and professional 1/10/2013

I've been to Prestige Auto Works several times now, about three. I just call in and Stephanie is very efficient, friendly, and good at scheduling appointments to get me in. The work has been fine. The price for the brake change was really good; Midas was charging me $250 or $265 and Prestige Auto Works came in just under $200. For the break change, I was in and out in about an hour. The other two times I was there, they did the oil change on my car. The oil changes generally take forty-five minutes or less. As far as convenience, they are about five to six miles away from my home. This is just a good place to do business with and I like the fact that they're local. more

Prestige Auto Works has helped me with all sorts of issues with my car, from the basics to complicated issues. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. Andre is fantastic. I am not an auto savvy person and Andre breaks things down for me. I think they're extremely fair and a great company to be associated with. If everyone gave them a try they would probably never to back to anyone else, which is what happened with me. I have not gone elsewhere since I started using them. more

I had one previous experience with them when my fiance's car broke down. I sent her to Prestige based on internet reviews and she had a good experience. This time, my check engine light came on. I have a scanner so I figured out what it was. I called them up to get a thermostat replacement and they got me in the same day. I was in and out in about three hours. more

Andre does great work. 12/27/2012

After having rebuilt the engine in my Mazda Miata, I found a bit of an oil leak. Not feeling like doing that bit of work myself, I asked Prestige to look it over and find it. They fixed up the leaks for me, I appreciate it because it means I don't have to do that same work myself. I recommended them to my roommates also, who are thrilled with the work Andre has done for them. more

Excellent service at a moderate price 10/26/2012

Prestige Auto Works did the 150,000 mile check-up on my car. It turned out that the car did not need any services other than an oil change and a door handle repair. I liked that they were very honest about what needed to be done. I have recommended them to a couple of friends who have also been happy with the speed of their service, the prices, and their convenient location. more

I gave them what I considered my diagnosis of the problem. They told me it sounded suspicious, but they would check it before they went any further. I was very impressed with that, they were professional and able to diagnose the problem. They're all great. more

Quick and efficient. 9/19/2012

I was having trouble getting my car smogged because I needed this one part that was hard to find. So I decided to go over to Prestige and ask if they could order this part for me. I went in on Friday and they had gotten the part for me by Monday. They put it on and I was able to get my car smogged, they get a really high score with me. more

One problem fixed, back to get another one fixed. 9/18/2012

I had a check engine light and went to Prestige to get the work done. When they were in there they found a few other things that needed to be done and they did those repairs as well. The repairs turned out great and the car worked fine after. They are good at explaining what they did and why they did it. My car is actually back there right now getting something else repaired. more
