Horrible office staff; Great doctors 1/10/2011

The excellent doctors and medical staff are well worth the trip to this eye clinic. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the office staff. DO NOT try to buy eyewear at this location; they are extremely rude and do not treat all customers with the same level of care. The points made by the previous reviewers are very accurate. The medical side of this facility is almost unrivaled in the level of care and quality of equipment. I do not understand however how callous and unhelpful the eyewear staff are to most customers. They are very nice to only a few people and unacceptably rude to the rest. I felt insulted just to be treated the way I was as a human being, let alone as a customer. more

Highly Recommended! 6/1/2010

I saw the news broadcast on WFAA about how Dr. Castleberry's ""Optomap"" technology saved some woman's sight. This year I decided to spend the extra $39 to get the high resolution scan. Everything checked out fine. I'm pretty sensitive to light, so walking out the door without being dilated was certainly worth the extra coin. Plus I'm confident my eyes are in good health now! Looks like they've done a lot of remodeling since I was in last year... New wood floors, stone and carpet looked great! 5 Stars! Pros: Excellent Technology! Great Doctor and Friendly Employees. more

Great care and terrific staff 11/23/2009

Dr. Castleberry was able to treat my son's complicated corneal disease and restore his eyesight with special contacts. A local doctor at Walmart referred my son to Dr. Castleberry and I was not dissapointed. The staff was friendly and filed my insurance before I left the office. The ladies in the optical department even made high powered eyeglasses that looked great. Pros: Excellent Doctors, technology and staff more

Worst Customer Service in the World 8/18/2009

Extremely awful customer service and very rude people to deal with - Very long waiting periods to get lenses and frames - The staff will tell you they'll call but never do - Very inept office personnel. I pointed out some issues with the frames and lenses, but was told that they were loosing money on trying to make them right and were unwilling to help me any further. I threatened going to someone else, but that did not seem to phase the person I spoke with. I truly hated my most recent experience with this company; I will never go back there again. Stay Away from this provider. Bad cust service !! 1/5/2009

Worst eye care provider to deal with. What was surprising is that I spoke with the manager there today, Noosha, who behaved quite rudely over the phone and told me that if you are unsatisfied with the lenses that were made for you, then simply do not come back to give us business. Bad Bad Bad !! especially coming out from the manager. Beware of the other associates working there as well. They simply do not care about repeat business and will not honor warrantly or mis-handled work. STAY AWAY !!! Cons: All of the Above more
