Good: We just saw Dr. Grunewald about a month and a half ago with our dog, Dixie. She was diagnosed as having cognitive dysfunction. She was prescribed medicine and a new diet that could help her brain function. We are pleased that now she is now back to herself. We are grateful for the staff at North Plano Animal Hospital for helping us getting our girl back!.

Dr. Terrill and his staff always provide patients with the treatments needed and devote time and care to them. I always found it easy to schedule an appointment. Staff was very helpful and cooperative. Dr. Terrill is always willing to answer all questions and is very patient and thorough with his treatments.

Dr. Ricks is an exceptional gynecologist and obstetrician. I have seen him for years for my woman's health issues and he has delivered my two children. He makes your over-all health a priority and discusses your full-body physicality in addition to specific issues regarding woman's health. His staff is fantastic and ultra-caring. Some of his nurses have been with him for years and that also means something - that he is also good to work with. My care with him has always been top notch. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Dr. Parker and his staffs are wonderful! He is very knowledgeable and have lots of experience on delivering babies. Dr. Parker delivered my son a few years ago. He is very personable and want to get to know you as a person. Very charming and delightful. He was great in the delivery room, it took me over 3 hours of pushing to get my son out and he was there most of the time. The only thing is, he does not have a sonogram machine at his office, so he normally would refer you to the lab to get your ultrasound.

We love this practice and have seen just about every doctor in it as this point. Our favorite is Dr. Berkowitz. He takes time to answer all of our questions, never rushes us and takes amazing care of our daughter. We would recommend him and the practice to anyone!

I visited Dr. Verret because I wanted Botox and was unhappy with the way I had it done before. He sat with me for a long time figuring out what my concerns were. He then suggested I try this new Botox which was cheaper but worked the same - imagine, a doctor trying to save me money! I wanted to get more but he said no and explained why what I wanted wouldn't get me the results I was looking for. I am definitely headed back to see him when I want something else done to my face.

Dr. Leveno is a great doctor. He delivered my daughter last year at Medical Center of Plano. He will take his time during your office visits and and answer any concerns you have in plain English! He is very easy to talk to and was great during the delivery. The nurses at his office are wonderful. The wait at his office are very short and I have no problem getting appointment or changing the date on my appointment.

We took our dog to our regular vet after she started developing tremors in her hind legs and whined and cried. He came in, looked at her, and then said, "well, I have bad news - it's distemper." When we asked what we could do, he said we would need to put her down. He did no tests at all.
On recommendation from our favorite vet tech ever, we took her to Dr. Hanks for a second opinion. I'm so glad we did. She did tests, and when the news wasn't good, she still said she wanted to try - because Gertie was alert, eating and going to the bathroom. When I did the big ugly cry at the news that it was viral, Dr. Hanks was tearing up right along with me. I knew I was leaving Gertie in the hands of someone who already loved her as much as we did.
That was last night. Today, we saw Gertie. She's so much better, and may get to come home tomorrow. Even if things still don't work out, I know that Dr. Hanks was rooting for her, and did everything she could.
We'll be bringing our other dog (and hopefully Gertie for many years to come) to Dr. Hanks now - even though live in north Dallas. I can't recommend her enough.

My work insurance was dropped while I was in my 7th month of pregnancy. I ended up having to get Medicaid, and Dr. Jibril (thankyou!!) was nice enough to take me in as a new patient. She was (like the other two reviews say) a very down-to-earth and matter-of-fact type of doctor, which is the best kind for me. It's true about waiting a line time, even for your scheduled appointment. But I've learned it's always a shorter wait if your appointment is in the morning. She was so great with the delivery; I was in "labor" for over 12 hours because she (and myself) wanted to wait for me to dialate enough to have a natural delivery. I'm so glad she made that decision to wait, otherwise I woud've had a c-section. Also, the Dr. told me she likes to plan the delivery, which means she probably tends to induce over letting it go until full-term. My baby had problems with not moving, as well as not much weight gain in the 8th month. The baby was 3 weeks early but in perfect health. I've had 3 other gynecologists (2 men, 1 woman), and Dr. Jibril is by far the best one!
