Linda's creativity and impeccable sense of style truly made my daughter's wedding unique and memorable for my daughter, my family and my guests! She goes above and beyond what most planners do...from accompanying the bride while dress shopping to making sure each guest's"goodie bag" is complete with special memorabilia. Her attention to detail leading up to and during the wedding put me at such ease, I really didn't have to think about anything but having a great time. I knew the wedding would run smoothly and to perfection. She also suggested the most imaginative florist in the Bay Area. His arrangements were spectacular. (I truly think he put in more effort and product because he loves working with Linda!). I'm looking forward to my other daughter getting married--just to once again enjoy the fun, creativity and delight of working with Linda. I know it will be perfect! more

Over the past 12 years I have used Pinnacle Production Group for several events, from an 800 person extravaganza at San Francisco City Hall to Bar Mitzvah's and Weddings. Managing to a budget, creative design and implementation, and day of event execution with post event follow through are all core competencies of PPG and they do them WELL !! Plus, they are REALLY fun to work with ! Years later, people are still talking about how cool the the events were that PPG produced for me. more

Linda and Gary from PPG are such creative and accommodating party organizers. They develop unbelievable ideas and bring them to fruition. Anybody who uses PPG will have the most wonderful party they could ever imagine. Really, I will never use any other party planners. more

Gary W. at Pinnacle Production Group was extremely unprofessional and rude to work with. I would not recommend him at all for any wedding. This is unfortunate because the venue he manages is beautiful and unique and there doesn’t seem to be a way around booking the venue and not working with Gary. At first we believed Gary would be a good vendor to work with because he was direct and to the point. Unfortunately, our relationship turned sour when I asked for a simple décor element to be fixed before our wedding day (several curtain loops were missing on a window in our cake room). That should be simple to fix and was really the only thing amiss in an otherwise beautiful venue. He took offense to this and told my mom and I to do it ourselves or hire someone. Further, we experienced rude and terse emails from him when I asked if the fireplaces in the venue could be swept prior to our day because our florist would be putting decorative candles in them, because on a prior visit I noticed that the fireplaces had not been cleaned. This pushed him over the edge and he unprofessionally attacked me in an email. The day before our wedding I asked him to take down a wreath that belonged to the venue as we were going to put up another one of our own (since he was the only person authorized to touch wall hangings) and he yelled at me in front of my family and bridesmaids, attacking me--making me out to be some sort of Bridezilla, when the simple décor things I asked him to attend to where clearly reasonable requests. He has the type of personality that says pay up and shut up! How unbelievably rude is that to a bride and her family? This chain of events shook me emotionally that day, right before our wedding. On our wedding day he yelled at our DJ in front of our guests. Gary Weiner was completely unprofessional and I am so disappointed that we had to work with such a horrible person on our wedding planning. This is unfortunate because we selected all of our other vendors via Yelp because of their glowing reviews. more
