The area that needed fixing was in a bad spot and I wasn't sure if it could be fixed, but he was able to get the job done. I was impressed! The carpet looks amazing! I am so impressed. They came out the same day, did an amazing job and have us a great deal. The technical was friendly, professional and worked quickly. I will definitely use Mesa carpet repair again! I highly recommend them, especially if you want a great deal in a reasonable amount of time. We were very surprised with the prompt appointment. In fact, it was the same day we called. The repair to our carpets was done very professionally. One area was difficult and we were offered the best way to fix it. We are very happy with the results. Excited use again! Amazing service! 3/22/2014

I had a friend spot clean our carpet only to find out that my 7 month old baby was allergic, so I needed same day service. Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning came out that day. They also fixed a problem area for just a small additional charge. Hector went above and beyond with the repair and cleaning! He helped move our table, vacuumed, cleaned and gave me tips on caring for my carpet. Hector was very professional & friendly. I felt completely comfortable with him. I am excited to use Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning again, and I will be sure to request Hector again too! more

Very Pleased! 3/22/2014

I called early on a Friday morning realizing that I needed my carpets stretched at my new home ASAP before the movers arrived later that day. I held out little hope of actually finding a company who could come with such short notice. Amazingly, Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning was able to send someone out within 2 hours of when I called. Jason came out, was incredibly professional, and had the carpets stretched to perfection in just over an hour. I was so pleased that I had him do the carpet cleaning the same day as well. Well worth the money spent. more

Fantastic! 3/18/2014

Rob was here today to re-stretch my carpet. He was professional and did an excellent job. I went with this company based on the reviews I read. They cost more than other companies but I wanted the job done correctly. My expectations were met with this company. I must mention Kim, she is detail-oriented and had patience when I called several times to ask questions. If she doesn't know something, she looks it up and calls right back as soon as possible. Amazing! 3/17/2014

I have had to call Phoenix carpet repair and cleaning to save my carpets 3 times now because of pet damage. My experience had been nothing short of amazing. I was able to make an appointment quickly (next day!), had great customer service and was able to enjoy "like new" carpet again. I also have had my carpet and couches cleaned and once again an excellent experience. My couches and carpet still look great! I would definitely recommend this company and do not plan on using anyone else for my carpet repair and cleaning needs! Wonderful, professional service 3/7/2014

Our little doggie got locked in the office, tried to dig her way out and tore up the carpet. We needed it repaired and carpets stretched in 2 rooms . We looked on line for a company and can't believe we picked such a great one right off the bat! The process for getting an appointment was easy, fast & very professional. Kim called right away, set everything all up, and the price was very reasonable. Hector arrived as scheduled, was very nice, professional & did an excellent job. The damage looks like it never happened , and the carpets are stretched better than new. Thank you Phoenix Carpet Repair! We'll be using you for all our carpet needs. Excellent Job! With all the fly by night operators out there today it is real pleasure dealing with true professionals that care. Our technician Hector was very prompt and courteous. Hector answered all my questions and explained the repairs in detail. Hector did an outstanding job stretching and cleaning our carpet. Our carpet is eight years old had wrinkles and a traffic pattern it is now tight, clean and looks like new again. We would definitely recommend PCR to anyone needing any of the services they offer. PCR will be our first choice for all future flooring repairs and cleaning needs. Professional, experienced technician (Rob Miller), on time, courteous, non-smoker!; excellent results of stretching carpeting, laying of padding and re-laying of a 2d room of carpeting, mended seams beautifully. Grateful that this company saved me alot of money and hassle in saving my very good carpeting. Wish that I could say that about every work experience. Wow!!! Five Star Company 2/19/2014

New puppy pulled up newer carpet and chewed carpet pad. Called at 2:30 and the gentleman was at my home by 4:30 SAME DAY! My carpet looks as if nothing had happened;). We got a flyer in the mail, I called them, and they were there the next morning. Service was fast and looked fantastic when finished. I thought we were going to have to replace the whole carpet.
