My whole life, I have paid cash for my cars. Usually saved up about 4,000 cash and bought it out-right. I've worked very hard to get to where I am so I decided it was time to treat myself to something nice. I don't like the sound of a car payment, but decided to shop around and see what kind of deal I could get. I walk on to Phil Long's and was nervous to even ask about financing. Luckily, I was approached almost right away. The sales people were very helpful and understanding that I was a first-time buyer. I left and went a few other places but they were the only ones who left a lasting impression on me, so I went back. I didn't know what to expect but would say the overall experience was pleasant.
