They took my money, said they would get right on it. When it had been over a week I called to see what the status was since they said the first part would be done in a day or two. They wouldn't return my calls. I finally got an e-mail telling me she would only communicate with me by this means. So I did that. then she didn't respond to that either. When I reverted back to the phone to talk to a manager they wouldn't tell me who they were or who the owner was. They knew who I was but they wouldn't tell me who they were or who their leadership team was or let me talk to them. What type of business is this? They are not doing the work they promised to do and they took the money. They won't return calls, e-mail, give out basic information about management and ownership of business, get real. Do Not Trust these people. more

I've been going to Our Heritage Studio for 20 years and I get the same great service today as I did when I first went. I started taking my children and now my grandchildren. They are so nice and take wonderful pictures! I have 2 daughters that got married and Our Heritage took their wedding pictures. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a wonderful group of people to take their family pictures. more

Had my Canadian passport pic taken. They claim be experts ("never had a passport rejected'). The picture they took did not the specs and I had to drive 50 minutes round trip (again) to have it corrected. I spoke with the owner and he confirmed that it was their mistake, but refused to provide any credit for my inconvenience. He was quite rude. If there is a problem with your pictures, don't expect this place to work with you. In addition, I have never seen such a filthy, messy studio. It feels like you are getting your mug shot, not a professional photo. more
