O’Charley’s

For our 7 year anniversary we went to Ocharleys in Florissant Mo for prime rib..... We were there two minutes when our waiter wanted our order ..We asked for a few more minutes....he then came back in like 40 seconds....we were not yet ready so he gave our table away to another server without any explanation or reason (rude) Then we orders dinner we ordered rime rib potato and salad and diet Mountasin dew. The prime rib was of very poor quality ( it tasted exactly like underwood canned deviled ham) They had no au jus or horseraddish either...they certainly have no right calling what they served us PRIME RIB. The salad had more dressing on it than lettuce...these salads were 70% dressing and a few peices of lettuce which was wilted by the ungodly amount of dressing..then to top all of that off the new waitress brought our diet mountain dews to the table They were milky and cloudy.....we thought that was strange....then halfway through the meal she brought two more sodas ( it was great that we didnt have to ask) but when they got to the table they looked like the normal translucent mountain dew soda everyone knows....this made me wonder WHAT IN THE WORLD did they serve us in the first glass of soda? What were we drinking? Then to top it off we found that they charged $2.59 for a SODA...that truly is nuts. Bottom line this visit to OCharley's in Florissant Mo was an utter disaster . We will not be back there EVER! more

My wife and I ate there in Springfield, Illinois, and we thought the food really sucked. She had chicken tenders that tasted awful and I had sirloin tips monterey that were so salty I could barely choke them down with two big tall glasses of water. However, service and atmosphere was great. more

Okay, I'm a veggie. However, I'm not really that picky, so we're generally fine when we go out. This restaurant has nothing to offer a vegetarian. No burger, no pasta, nothing. Even all the salads (at least at the St. Charles location) had meat. I got a quesadilla without the chicken, and well, it sucked. The rolls were good. I'd say it was just me, but my husband had the Chipotle Salmon and hated it. The service was good mind you! more

I never understand why this restaurant is so crowded all the time. Everytime I've gone in here it's been really smoky (even in the non-smoking section) and the food is just okay. I have gotten a couple of good salads, but nothing to write home about. It's pretty much on par to some of the other similar chain restaurants if you want a burger and fries. Our service was okay, although there is supposed to be some deal where they get it to you in a certain amount of time or you get the lunch free and I'm pretty sure we went over that limit. more

I do not find this restaurant to be much different than the so many others that are out there serving the same type of food menu items. Their prices are also pretty comparable to other restaurants in the area that are similar. We have however always had pretty decent service here, and their food has always been tasty. So I would recommend this place if you are in the area and need to eat somewhere that has a varied menu. more

I love this place they serve the hottest fresh rolls before your meal. They have great lunch items that will arrive in a hurry pluds they have a lunch menu that features many items and most of them will start at $5.99 plus they also have a dinner menu that also has very niceitems and not too bad in price. Also they usually have a coupon in the Sunday paper to save $5 off when you spend $20 so it is even a better deal. I also like that the manager always comes around asking if all was ok that is nice, they always treat you very well here. more

While the plate I had wasn't exceptional, (the meat was too dry), it was ok and the price wasn't bad. If it wasn't for that it would probably have been really good, and a lot of their other plates sound delicious. What I liked most about the place was that our server and the service was great...really makes a big dif! more
