North Texas Dermatology

The Doctor was GREAT but the staff is rude and horrible. After calling 4 different times ( being referred to voicemail and being put on hold for 10 minutes each time) i still have not got my prescription sent to the pharmacy. Robin at the front was HORRIBLE and their ""office manager"" was even worse. I have not had a worse experience at a doctor's office. Save yourself some trouble and go elsewhere! more

I went there twice for my son's treatment. There is a ""billing specialist"" who tell me how much it would cost me. Both times were wrong. The doctor is nice and professional, but just don't believe the staff. more

I had been a patient of NTD for almost a year . The first time I went in Alex had taken me back, she was extrememly rude and disrespectful. The doctors are great but they have no idea on what type of staff they have and how bad they are hurting their practice. This place is nothing but drama and due to the staff I would never recommend them. more

I have been a patient for over 4 years and I have never had a bad experience ever. Me and my whole family (my parents, my 4 kids, & my husband) and all my friends have all switched from their other offices because North Texas Dermatology is not only friendly, but easy and convenient. I don't know who Randy is, maybe you got confused with the wrong office. Pros: Very Friendly Doctors and Staff Cons: None so far more

I just called this dermatologist to make an appointment after I was referred to them by a friend and had the worst experience. Randy, who answered the phone, was wholly unconcerned about my situation and offered no advice - It was clear that I needed treatment and she could have cared less. She wouldn't give an appointment until more than a month from now, and I told her my sitation couldn't wait and asked if she had any recommendations. Nope...nothing...no help whatsoever. Isn't this a MEDICAL practice?? What happened to the Hippocratic Oath? ""To practice and prescribe to the best of my ability for the good of my patients, and to try to avoid harming them.""
