Dealing with the low pressure salesmen was refreshing. I hate feeling under pressure, and I didn't feel that way at all last week. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Great deals. more

Ive been a customer for over a year and im satisfied. Steve sold me the car and was very upfront and honest from the get go and when i did need repairs done to my car, Sla helped me out because i couldnt afford the bill at that time due to personal issues. They have always worked with me on making payments arrangements. more

RUDE!! LIAR'S!! THIEVES!! BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!! 9/23/2011

This dealership took advantage of my 20 year old daughter when they sold her a pick up truck that was an absolute piece of junk. Roughly a month after she bought it, the transmission went out. They not only expected her to pay for the tow, but they wanted her to come up with $700 in cash and another $700 to be attached to her loan. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? They clearly knew at the time they sold her the truck that there were problems with the transmission. So we came down to the dealership and wanted to get some things out of the truck and guess what? The truck was no where to be found. I asked them where the truck was and they said ""a transmission shop down the road."" When I asked them which one, they refused to tell me. They were RUDE, EVASIVE AND VERY SHADY. I finally got tired of their deceit and told them I'm calling the Parma Police. OH BOY, DID I SEE THEM MOVE RIGHT AWAY! I also called my attorney and was ready to meet with him the next day. Long story short, we got the truck fixed on their dime. Know your rights people and never, ever believe anything these people say. more

THE WORST PLACE EVER TO BUY A CAR!!! 7/6/2011

This place preys on people with bad credit - if you are one day late on a payment, they disable your vehicle, and after the third day sends out the repo guy. By law you are not technically late until 30 days - Everyone in there seems so nice when you are purchasing, but after that its all downhill. Stay away!!! Stay away!!! more

Good cars for students 4/28/2011

im a student at akron university and i dont make alot of money i havent started building credit at all but this place still got me financing. i didnt have to put alot down and i got a nice car. a few of my friends went there and got good deals to. if you have money you could get a nice car there but if you gotta get a car with bad credit they got a lot to offer more

Just moved up to CLE from Arizona and got awfulllll credit! Steve and Roman hooked it up with a nice ride and payments that aren't crazy! The car is great and they helped out with everything I needed!!!!!! If you have bad credit and need a car you need to hit up North East!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

GOOD; INEXPENSIVE CARS FROM A HELPFUL STAFF 1/25/2011

I have bought my past 3 used vehicles from North Coast Auto and have had a wonderful experience each time. I have completed one cash deal with the guys over at North Coast and that was the easiest, however the other two vehicles that I purchased I ended up financing. The financing took a little bit more work on both parties but each time they were able to get me an unbelievable rate. My most recent purchase here was a 2005 Acura RL. Mike and John were really helpful in explaining all of the features and putting the deal together, I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a high quality yet inexpensive auto. more

The people at North Coast Auto were very helpful in helping me purchase my 2006 BMW 325XI. I and Michael made it very easy for me. I drove up three hours from Athens, Ohio and got exactly what was promised by these sales people. I have to say this was one of my first amicable experiences at a used car dealership. more

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!! BEWARE- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! 1/16/2011

So I got a car from these people in sept of 2010... BAD IDEA! This car was a piece of CRAP! It didnt pass the e-check so i could not get plates on this car!!!! When I told the sells man ""Eric"" he didnt seem concerned at all! I told them I could not get my plates and that they need to fix this car with NO CHARGE from me... He pretty much told me to go screw myself and its not their problem... I told them I AM NOT PAYING FOR A PIECE OF SH*t CAR that i cant even get plates on!! They are rude! The ""boss"" guy ""Gary"" Actually told me that he would throw me out of his office! They Hung up on me when i tried to call them. They called me names! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE! i let them take the car! I WILL not pay for a car that i can not get plates on and i refuse to pay for it to get fixed when they gave me the car that way! THEY KNEW!!!! Also I think they disable the ""engine light on""> meaning they take the bulb out so when u look at the car u dont know the major issues of it! THEY ARE TERRIBLE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM- you WILL regret it if you do... I know I do!!! more

They are greedy Thieves 12/29/2010

I currently have a car through them and am not done paying until around october next year. At first they seemed great but thats only becuase i had 1300 dollars in cash at their shop to put a down payment on a car. since then? they are decent to work with if you have a late payment. but all in all they suck. i was a couple weeks behind and they came and took my car. that was a a few months ago. today? it is in the middle of the holiday season so i am going to be a little late. as of today i am 4 days behind. i went outside to start my car and it was ""disabled"" they can turn your car off from their office. so i thought it was just dead. i had a friend over to help jump it until i called and they told me what they did. i told them i could pay as soon as i get my check in 6 days and they said there was nothing they could do. until i yelled enough that they magically turned it back on. they are just looking for extra money in repo fees and late fees. they are thieves. look around before you get a car from them. more

I am glad i didn't buy the car from them. Thats all i have to say and the other two one star comments here are both very true. !!! A must avoid. Please dont buy car from them especially on ebay, you going to regret it. Pros: car looks good on the outside Cons: Unprofessional sales man, total waste of time bad experiance more
