This is a very helpful service for those of us who have no or little clue how to cook and miss the "home cooked" meals from mom (or grandma). You pick your menu and schedule a time to come and prepare your entrées and then bring them home to your freezer. If you do it right, your guests will be none the wiser. You'd still be telling them the truth when you say that you made it. You just didn't buy the ingredients or mess up your kitchen to prepare it. prepare meals to go 8/9/2005

I like the concept of this business. Although I find it a bit pricey to make just tweleve entrees. I more than likely will not be going back. I believe that I can do this concept at home now that I have been through it. But it is really nice having all of the neccessary ingredients right at hand and not have to go shopping for all of it yourself. more

Food Prep 7/17/2005

This is a unique idea in food preparation. You prepare all of the meals at this location but you do not cook them. You choose what items you would like to make up from their menu which does change. As each item is prepared at the different stations, you label it. You get to make 12 different entrées. Be sure to bring a cooler to transport your food safely home. I did find it a bit pricey. But now I can do this sort of thing at home. more
