Great Manicures and Pedicures 2/21/2010

Three weeks ago I visited Moments Salon for the first time in order to get both a manicure and a pedicure. The staff was very friendly which impressed me a great deal. The women who did my nails was very chatty. She seemed to really care about me, the customer, and tried to make my stay as welcoming as possible. I did not feel bored while getting my nails done, unlike at some other places. Also, the results were breathtaking. My nails looked natural and very pretty. more

I FINALLY FOUND SOMEONE TO DO MY CURLY HAIR!!! 2/26/2009

I found Moments on a web search for local salons and went to their direct web site. They list all the stylists and their specialties and that is how I found Cyndee. When you walk in to the salon there is a WOW factor because it's a lot bigger than you think, but it is very elegent at the same time. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Cyndee. She did my hair last week and the complements haven't stopped since. I am so happy to have finally found someone who specializes in curly hair. Thanks Moments I will be back. more

The salon is in a great location (44th and Camelback) and is open late on weeknights which I loved because of my work schedule. Rachel Lawhead did my cut and color and made it look fantastic. She listened to what I wanted and made me feel completely comfortable. Rachel showed me how to style my hair and helped me find the best style for my face. The salon has great product lines (I love Phyto!) and the cutest jewelry selection ever! I totally recommend Moments salon. You will not be dissapointed! Nicest salon i have ever been to 4/10/2008

I just had my first appointment at Moments salon and let me tell you was it ever great. I just moved to the valley from the NY area and was very nervous I would not be able to find a quality salon. Boy was I wrong. My stylist in NY told me that if i found a salon that sold Phyto ( my favorite haircare line) it would be a good salon. Well Moments has Phyto and they arent just a good salon but a great one! The atmospher was relaxed warm and friendly and the staff is very well trained and excellent. I had one of their fabulous pedicures which happen in a chair I wish I could steal for my living room as well as the best haircut of my life ( if my husband is to be believed). I have to say if you are looking for the best the valley has to offer Moments is it! Pros: Warm fun friendly atmosphere Cons: parking in the plaza is scarce more

This Place is Awesome!!!! 7/11/2007

I had my first apointment at the salon last week. I received a gift certificate from my boss and had a day of beauty that included a cut and color, manicure, pedicure and a facial. It was the best experience I have had a salon ever! My services were excellent and I felt like a million bucks when I left, not to mention i didn't use the entire amount from my gift certifiacte and was able to use the balance toward some amazing accessories that were in the salons boutique area. I highly reccommend this salon. The staff are professional, the salon is clean and it is centraly located. more

In addition to my wonderful stylist, Moments salon has the best selection of accessories. Everytime I come in for an appointment, I make sure that I am early so I have plenty of time to shop. I find the best gifts and jewelry that are always in the fashion magazines at an inexpensive price. I also like all of their products. They carry this great line called Phyto. It has helped my hair alot. I use a shampoo called Phytocitrus after I get my hair colored. (Aren't most of us "chemically dependant"?) I also use the Phytosesame conditioner. Oh yea, Jenn Dragich is my hair stylist and is absolutely fabulous. more

I've read the other reviews about having to wait and not being served water but I have to completely disagree. manicure hardly worth the extra cash 4/6/2006

i made an appointment, they called me becase i was five minutes late but made me wait for twenty minutes once i arrived. all the other patrons were sipping espresso, coffee or tea, and after i had been there more than an hour i was asked if i wanted some water. prices were not disclosed up front, and my manicure and pedicure were nicely done, but nothing i couldn't have done for a better price--it was almost $150!
