We needed some office furniture upgrades and did a little research online. Midwest seemed to stick out above the rest and claimed to be on the higher end of the desk market. Apon visiting their showroom and discussing our options we ended up settling for some of the ""mid-grade"" desks for our office space. The desks were finally delivered and installed by some large, unprofessional employees that treated me like my input wasn't needed in my own office space. The desks turned out to be very cheap and FELL APART when we pushed it a foot across the room! Worst buyers remorse ever. I just keep rembering their car salesman like team talking the line of desks up like it was the best out there. Don't make the same mistake we did. more

Low quality, High price 3/17/2011

I wish I could post a picture of what this company left me with. It took them 7 months to even order the cubicles as they do not keep stock of any modular furniture. After the installation team left, we noticed structural issues and addressed them to the sales team at Midwest. Long story short it took over a month for them to come out and make the furniture safe enough to hold a computer. Even after that, it still was not up to the standard that we expected after the price we paid. Could have paid 30-40% less and gotten safer, quality furniture. more

Tried the top three, and decided not to settle 7/5/2007

I struggled on google to find the top furniture firms in Utah. I read a report in the Enterprise, and visited (way too much effort). The people and showroom at Midwest really stood out from the pack. I also got great service and follow up after my purchase. They sell only the top brands, so expect some sticker shock. But all in all, I would highly recommend Midwest. more

Very good service ... high quality office furniture! 3/24/2005

This is the cream of the crop when it comes to office furniture. They offer the highest end furniture available. If your budget permits, you want to buy from MIdwest Office. Be prepared to place your order and wait if your plans are not from their stock products. BUT it is well worth the wait. more
