I had my car scheduled for one new rotor, but I was hassled, they tried telling me I needed two instead of one. Service took much longer than intended when I went back to pick my car up I had noticed my e brake was completely loose. It was fine when I took it in. I went back they said they were closing and didn't have time to fix it so I should bring it back in the morning. So in the morning they promised I would be out in about a half hour, it took forever because they tried telling me the guy who knew how to fix it wasnt there yet. WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO TIGHTEN A DAMN BOLT????? LACK OF MECHANIC SKILLS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!
