I see the rest of these reviews are from 2005. So, five years later, I have the same complaints as everyone back then. Not much has changed, I'm afraid. The things I like about Michael's is their selection is decent and they always have great clearance items. My complaint is with the customer service. When I do find someone to help me, no one seems to know what is carried in the store. They'll point me in a direction and say, ""I'm not sure if we carry it, but try aisle 10."" The checkout line took forever and that was with just two people in front of me. I'm afraid the sales associates are young and immature. They need to hire adults, not just girls who are on summer vacation from high school. Pros: Pretty good selection, good sales Cons: Poor customer service more

Good selection 11/30/2005

I have been to this location several times and the store has a variety of crafting supplies from wood to cake decorating. My only complaint is that checkout on many occasions takes a while. more

I highly recommmend this store! It is well stocked and maintained. Very well organized and freidnly service. Lots of crafting supplies to meet most scrafter needs. I had a ball shopping here! more

This store is well equipt with all sorts of crafting needs, however, I feel like the costumer service is lacking a bit. I needed help finding a product bu there as no one around to help me! more

Huge selection 9/28/2005

Michaels has a very nice selection of arts and crafts to choose from. I went here looking for silk flowers and there was a huge variety to choose from. They offer 40 % off coupons in the paper almost every week- which is great if you have a higher priced item. more

This Michaels location is very crowded and small. They have a large inventory, but not enough room to put it all. The aisles are small and narrow, and make the store tough to navigate. The are averagely priced and have a good selection of craft items that are impossible to find anywhere else. The employees are generally helpful and friendly, although some of them have a tough time finding things as well. The parking lot is large and easily accessible. more

Michaels is a large art and craft supplies store, that also carries flowers for arrangements and frames and a large photo section. The best thing about this store is that they offer classes each month on different hobbies that you can find the supplies for in the store itself. This is a great way to meet people with your interests and to learn new things. You can invite a friend and they have some great discounted prices available. They also have a large scrapbooking selection to choose from; like stickers, paper, siccors, and scrap books. Great sales and coupons in the store and store ads that come out monthly. more
