Best dermatologist 1/18/2007

Dr. Jaworsky is the very down to earth and so friendly. I had a couple moles removed and she was quick and efficient and she put me at ease. She is also a pathologist and likes to do biopsies on the moles and such that she removes from her patients. She said that she'll call me back personally, whether it be good news or bad, in a week after she biopsies the moles. Her RN assistant was really nice, too. I mentioned this website to her and told her that she had a high rating. She smiled and joked with me about it. I told her that I was going to give her a good rating and I did! I'm definately going to recommend her to everyone. Pros: Extremely friendly experienced doctor who takes her time with you and listens well to your concerns. Cons: I can't think of any. It was a great experience. At least as great as mole removal can be. more

  • The Rheumatology Division has as its primary goal the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of patients with disorders of the musculoskeletal system. Acute and chronic conditions affecting joints, muscles, tendons and bursitis are managed in outpatient clinics, which are held daily Monday through Friday. The availability of radiology, orthopedic, and physical and occupational therapy services in the immediate area enables us to provide a thorough and comprehensive diagnostic evaluation and state-of-the-art treatment plan. The latest injection and infusion therapies for serious arthritic diseases are available and carefully monitored.

Another important role of the Rheumatology Division involves the training of the physicians of tomorrow. Students, interns, and residents at all levels are instructed in the recognition, diagnosis and treatment of various arthritic disorders. The appropriate use of diagnostic tests, physical and rehabilitation therapy, rheumatology referral, and surgical treatment are emphasized. Finally, the Rheumatology Division is proud of its history of conducting research related to arthritic diseases for over 50 years. Previous and current research projects offer hope for new and improved treatments for persons with many types of arthritis.
