Bad service, shoddy clothes, snotty salespeople
I recently shopped for the first time at Mariposa, and it will be the last time. I purchased a sweater, and did not try it on at the store as I was told that I could return it within 15 days as long as the tags were still attached and it was with a receipt. Upon arriving home and discovering that the sweater was much too tight around the neck among other flaws, I dutifully brought it back to the store with tags attached, in the original bag with the original receipt expecting an easy return. The sales clerk not only did not let me return it, but claimed that she had never said any such thing when she made the sale (same salesclerk, who then claimed to be the manager). I will not shop this store again.
