Avoid it like the plague! 6/5/2005

I have more customer service horror stories from this place than anywhere else. With a combination of an uncaring sales staff and snooty managers, I just can't see going there. Their prices are average and their selection is the same old stuff most everyone else carries. Cons: customer service, customer service, customer service more
