My husband purchased $5,000 of goods at this store as my Christmas present. But, they did not have the wallet in stock. Thus, I returned to the store to order the $1,000 wallet. The customer service I received was horrible! Tiffany Everet ordered me the specific wallet I told her not to order and she told me she was ""doing me a favor"" by getting it for me and yelled at me in front of everyone in the store for absolutely no reason. When I complained to LV online customer service, they claimed that the manager had dealt with the situation, but Tiffany still works there. They also claimed the store manager called me, but she never did. Lastly, they claim the wallet came in and that they held it for me for 4 business days, but sold it on January 14th to someone else. I returned the wrong wallet and was yelled at by Tiffany on January 11th so clearly they didn't have the wallet in as they claim. Just awful! Don't waste your money at this store.
