I was grossly overcharged on tune-up. I later found out I could have had a dealer do the work for half the amount. Better check around before you let these people touch your car. ...

I have entrusted several cars to them over the years and I feel very secure with their judgment and workmanship. Rhea's work ethic and vast experience are beyond question. Honest, informative & reliable 5/30/2011

We have taken several cars to Rhea Little's for service since moving to middle Tennessee five years ago. Recently one of our cars was at the dealership for recall work and we were told we needed tires. Rather than buy tires at the dealership, we took the car to Rhea Little's because of the good experiences we've had there in the past. Rhea Little's told us we could safely get another 5,000 miles on the tires. Guess where we'll be going when we do need tires? more

Excellent repair, reasonable price 4/16/2010

While traveling through Nashville on a Friday afternoon in late March, we needed to have a tie rod replaced. Firestone wouldn't be able to look at the car for two hours and they mentioned Rhea Little was nearby. We went there, the problem was diagnosed and fixed and for a very reasonable price. They knew we were on vacation, but I never felt like there was any attempt to ""nickel and dime"" us. They got us back on the road quickly and safely. Pros: Friendly technicians more

Several times I have been charged less than I was told to expect. They have to cover themselves so I know they have to give you the worst case scenario. Pros: diagnosis Cons: they can't please everyone more

paid as quoted ...work completed on time - problem solved 7/1/2009

Called and they price matched on fron hub bearing for Ford Sporttrac. Be careful though because parts come in varying degrees of quality. they took me to work and had my vehicle fixed by 1:00 pm. Received nice call from them stating their hours of operations, final price. they seemed to have the process down pretty well to me. they did check the brakes and told ready for new pads, which I knew I was anytway but good to hear this. Grossly Overcharged 5/21/2009

I was grossly overcharged on tune-up. I later found out I could have had a dealer do the work for half the amount. Better check around before you let these people touch your car. I learned my lesson the hard way. It won't happen again. more

Most Honest Shop in Town 5/18/2009

I took a car in to Rhea Little one day and said it needed tires. I never asked the price until he called to say the car was done. The price seemed really low, so I asked how come it was so inexpensive. He told me on my older car, it only needed two new tires so that was all that he replaced. He might not be the cheapest in town, but in the long run I am sure that a quality job for a fair price is better for my vehicle. I would highly recommend him for someone like me that does not know a lot about fixing cars and needs someone who is honest and will not take you for a ride. more

No Customer Service over the phone. 2/2/2009

I called to talk about getting a tune up. I told whoever it was what kind of vehicle it is (4WD Xterra). I explained I took it to the Nissan dealership in Cool Springs and they wanted to charge $380 and before I could even complete the rest of the sentence the man cut me off and said, "That's about right." I just got a tune up last year and paid $250... I explained to him I had already purchased the parts. He then said, very snippy, he couldn't use them. So I asked how much he thought it would be then including the parts and he said, "Well, $380" in a tone that would indicate I was an idiot for even having to ask. I would rather change the damn spark plugs, etc myself then deal with people that can't even speak civilly to potential customers. I guess they think they are so good they don't have to. more

The way auto repair shops should work 1/16/2009

I had a real problem with my car and he was upfront and honest with me. Even though he was not busy today and could have worked on it, he said it would take all day and might not get done today. Since I live in Clarksville and did not have a way to get home I am able to take it home to get it worked on. \r \r I would definately do any repair work with Rhea int he future. more

GREAT!! 1/12/2009

Honesty! I just took my SUV there and was worried about a possible bad U-joint. After they drove it, and looked under my vehicle they found that the bolts from when SEARS( i will never go back to sears now) had alligned my wheels were not tightned. That was all it was! This really did make my week... and I will definately be back when I need something else. I highly recommend Rhea Little's Tire and Auto Repair! Pros: two thupms up with four stars more

Ethical and reasonable 5/13/2008

I never thought I'd recommend an auto repair shop, because as a single woman I usually leave feeling like I've been totally ripped off when I take a vehicle in for repair, but at this shop I was treated with respect and told that the problem with my auto had an easy, inexpensive fix. What a refreshingly honest concept. more

Honest, Trustworthy, Helpful 7/24/2007

I agree with the other reviewer...I would not go anywhere else now to have work done on my car. They are GREAT to deal with and I NEVER feel they are 'taking advantage' of me as a customer. They are always so EXTEMELY HELPFUL!! Just HONEST/ GOOD PEOPLE!!! Pros: Great people more

I like Rhea Little's because it's a shop you can trust. I never worry that they aren't being fair. The work is always done very promptly. If something isn't worth fixing or can be fixed cheaper, they will tell you. PROS: fair prices, totally trustworthy CONS: more

Most trustworthy Auto repair service I know...And always a fair price. 6/20/2006

This is the only place I go anymore when I need something fixed on my car or truck. They know what they're doing and they won't waste your money fixing stuff that doesn't need fixed. The only time I'm ever disappointed is when I need something fixed that they don't work on...such as Air Conditioners, Transmissions or Digital Dashboard Electronics. Pros: Honest, Work Completed on Time, Fair Price Cons: None. more
