Kramer Photographers

I used Kramer for my October 2010 wedding. We had Andrew as our photographer. He was so easy to work with. My husband and I have extended families and Andrew kept everyone and everything straight. He made the whole process enjoyable. He captured the planned posed shots as well as the ones that were us just being us. I recommend using them for an upcoming wedding. You will not regret your decision. more

We first heard about Kramer Photographers from friends, who highly recommended them based on their own great wedding photos. Our photographer, Andrew, spent time with us beforehand to figure out what was important to us, then captured all those important shots. Our guests commented on how good the photographer was…how he didn’t get in the way but at the same time arranged and took good photos quickly. Andrew provided great customer service, always responding to questions quickly. Although our wedding was on a cloudy, drizzly day, Andrew worked with what he had, finding the remaining beauty of the fall colors and making our outdoor shots look stunning. Andrew really captured the colors, the mood, and the personalities. The final product was beautiful and classy. We highly recommend both Andrew and Kramer Photographers. more

We got married in August, 2010 and we couldn't be happier with Kramer Photographers. We had a really positive experience from beginning to end. Our photographer was prompt, professional, and was able to capture informal, candid pictures as well as work with large groups and families. He was able to put together pictures with people without being intrusive, and worked on getting the best pictures possible during the whole event. We're absolutely thrilled with our pictures and are glad to have so many wonderful moments captured so beautifully. Their experience and expertise are immediately evident when you talk with them and see their pictures. We highly recommend Kramer Photographers and would definitely work with them again. more

Despite a dear friend of mine having bad luck with this studio, I decided to give them a shot. Bad idea. \r \r This friend is modern and a bit picky, so I chalked up her experience to her demands. Apparently I should NOT have given them the benefit.\r \r This was by FAR the worst portrait experience of my time.\r \r What does it take to find a decent photographer these days? Although the prices were a bit high, I chalked that up to ""experience"" and overhead. I thought that the location, sample work, and consultation deserved the benefit. \r \r NOT the case. Go find another studio to shoot your portraits, and according to my dear friend's experience- weddings as well. \r \r All I wanted was a simple portrait of my family with our french bulldog (who's practically a member of the family) and it was a nightmare. \r \r Our price ""quote"" was FAR from the actual price handed to us. \r \r The portrait could have been better done from my husband's cell camera. (well perhaps not quite that bad- but close)\r \r The prices of prints we were quoted did NOT match the prices we were forced to pay to get out actual prints.\r \r All in all, i would feel more comfortable going to ANYONE Else for our portraits.\r \r I can say that the final prints (despite the outrageous cost) did appear nice for the first few months.... but the corners started warping after just a few months of having them on the walls of our home. You decide, but my advise is--- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Pros: Nice studio location in Naperville Cons: Lack of professionalism, Price, and delivery of product! more
