The owner doesn't know the meaning of the phrase ""customer service""! When my very simple ring sizing and appraisal took longer than expected, the owner condescendingly apologized that I got frustrated (not that she messed up.) Then when I was called and told that my custom necklace (very simple diamond pendant) was ready for pick up -- 4 weeks after it was ordered -- I drove out of my way to pick it up only to find out that it was not done right, even though the order was very clearly written. Rather than an apology for their negligence and my inconvenience, all I got from the owner was, ""Well we can send it to you."" If you're looking for a condescending, patronizing jeweler with an attitude problem, then this is the place for you! They must not understand the power of word of mouth.
