Great All Around Salon and Spa 12/4/2011

I've gone to John Roberts for nearly all services that they provide and have really never been disappointed. And, the only time I was disappointed, they made it up to me. It is pretty pricey, but they make it worth it. Bethany is an excellent hair stylist, and I've been going to her for over 5 years. more

Massage & Facial appointment 12-2-11 12/4/2011

The appointment from start to finish was FABULOUS! Denise was my facialist and was amazing! Sara was my massuese and she was awesome! After the massage and facial the steam shower was sooooo wonderful! I will definitely be looking for another time to schedule an appointment. Thanks! Lisa more

Riley Nolan is always professional. She makes sure I'm comfortable, asks the right questions to ensure we are clear as to what color and stlye we are working to acheive. My hair looks fab everytime! more

John Roberts Experience 12/2/2011

Loved the color of my hair with base coloring, high and low lights. Stylist was 15 minutes late...suggestion for future appointments, if appointment is running behind, John Roberts should send text message to customer as soon as information is known. Prices went up which makes service even more of a luxury than a necessity. more

Haircut 11/30/2011

Everything was very nice. Very helpful and friendly which was nice because i have felt unfriendly service there before from the lady at the desk. But this time very nice. Hand and arm massing and head massage always something i look forward to esp when paying $60 for a haircut :) Love the feeling that I can talk to people and feel like I am being treated special! more

Waxing with Lisa 11/19/2011

I hesitate to give this review because it might get harder to book convenient appointment! Lisa is my goddess of hair removal! After years of 'managing' facial hair and 'down there' my self, I treated my self to lip and chin. Now I have line in my budget for Lisa. What a difference it makes in looking professional and feminine and SO MUCH better than anything I have ever done my self! I have tried three other places and no one can compare her. more
