Dependable shop 2/9/2012

Having used them for about 5 repairs on various summer and winter pieces, I find them to be a nice family run repair shop. It bothers me a bit when I see someone else write a negative review using words like rude, arrogant, don't want to fix anything etc....I mean, are they serious? Makes wonder what kind of person this reviewer is. As far as price, I've found them to be same or better than others. I recommend giving them a try. more

called for an estimate for a very simple problem and was told it would cost 100 dollars to fix a sticky wheel. more

What else can someone ask for? Informed staff, not-pushy, they do great work, they have great prices, they're family owned. Supporting local businesses is a good thing. And this is a great local business. Pros: informed, good work, good prices more

Seems like a good place 1/14/2010

I got my snowblower fixed by them, they were a lot nicer on the phone than Eversharp(North Royalton). Also they were cheaper for pickup too. My snowblower is running really good since they fixed it. My only complaint is that they never called me before fixing it to tell me how much it's going to be. Luckily money wasn't tight because it was a little pricey, but I'm sure it was cheaper than eversharp would have been. Overall I would reccomend them to anyone for service, they pickup your mower or snowblower especially if your's is a big one like mine. I'd rather support a local business like them versus a national chain. Pros: Good friendly service, feels like they are honest with you more

What a super place for service friendly professinal staff , relistic pricing,I try to do lot of reapirs my self just like to tinker but when i get over my head there always there to help and repair my screw ups,never had to take anything back because it wasnt fixed the first time all shops should be this good Pros: ALL GOOD more

I always look forward to my trips to job-rite because they always treat me like an old friend. The staff is always extremely generous and up front with me and it helps that it is family run and operated. They are very knowledgable and very fair. The owner has been fixing my things for years I followed him when he moved down state road and I will never go anywhere else, first rate people and service a true staple of the Parma area! Pros: Great People, Great Service and Fair Prices more
