Loyal customer since 1959~! 5/31/2010

Good: Jarosch Bakery has not changed their recipes since 1959. The chocolate frosting is to die for. Those little butter cookies with the candy dipped ends are incredible! They make the best cake donoughts in the world. Their frosted pound cakes are heavenly. Their big round sugar cookies are exactly the same shape and flavor from the 1960s. My daughter loves their chocolate frosted brownies.. Bad: What's not to like?. Improvements: Free samples while I wait.. Other: This is an outstanding old fashioned bakery that offers friendly, consistent service and bakery goods each and every time. You will never be disappointed! They will always exceed your expectations.. more

Don't quote them 6/21/2007

Good cakes, but be careful when pricing out the cakes if you call. They mis-quoted me and I wound up paying 50% more. They would not work with me to figure out why or do any adjustment for the mistake. There was one specific thing I knew might cost more and I asked directly about it and got the misquote. more

Yummy Cake!! 5/25/2006

I went to a wedding anniversiry before and teh cake that they had was from Jarosch. It was reallly good. It was a white whip cream cake with strawberry filling. The cake was real big and decorated nicely with pink and green flowers. The cake was so appealing just by its look. And the taste was just great! I would really suggest ordering a cake from here for your next party! more

Cakes are their specialty 5/4/2006

I got a cake for my sister's bridal shower from this great little bakery. Unlike other bakeries, this place specializes in only cakes. So you know you are getting the house specialty here. They have a whole album filled with cakes you can preorder and you can even customize them if you would like. I would really recommend their fruit cake that is layered with lots of different fruits. Its an amazing and light cake that I really like. If you are not that into fruits, try their chocolate cake. That one always seems to please the kiddies. more

Great tasting baked goods and cakes. My family has been ordering cakes from here for the past 10 years for different occasions such as birthdays or weddings. They offer sheet cakes in a variety of sizes depending on the size of your party and they can customize it depending on what you want to have written on it and how you want it to look. They also have cakes available that are ready to be purchased. more
