I went with my friend to get her eyes examed here and to pick out a pair of glasses. The optomotrist was incredibly unprofessional and made remarks that made my friend feel very uncomfortable. He was an older guy and he was basically hitting on a college girl. The receptionist wasn't much better. She was incredibly condescending and rude to us, and they ripped my friend off, I think because we were college students and they assumed we did not know any better. I do not recommend this place because the service is horrible and the prices and selection aren't that great either.

This car washing station is a very convenient way to wash your car yourself. They provide you with a hose, water, soap, wax, towels, and vacuum. You pay for the amount of time that you are using it. And since you wash it yourself, you can do a more thorough job than an automatic gas station car wash. I really like how they have vacuums at each station, so you can vacuum the interior of your car. I have been very satisfied with this place and it is a cheaper alternative to having a hand car wash service do it for you. There are enough stations so there is never a wait.

I went here because it was conveniently located within walking distance on the University of Illinois campus. But I do not recommend this place because it is a pretty small and older tanning salon, so the beds and bulbs are not very powerful. There is usually a wait too since they do not have very many beds. It definitely does not seem as clean/sterile as most other newer tanning salons.

It is a fun and inexpensive place to go for kids birthday parties. You don't even need to make a reservation. There aren't a lot of people usually, so you don't feel rushed when playing.

The tour is decently priced at about $20 and you can sample various wines they offer with cheese and crackers. It's definitely something different to experience in Illinois. I purchased my bicycle from this place and I was very satisfied with the service. The employees were very well trained and they were very knowledgable about all the different types, brands, and features of their bikes. They definitely answered all the questions I had. The prices were a bit more than chain stores or mass merchandisers, but it is worth it for the service and expertise you get. They also offer repairs on bikes.

The charge was a lot more expensive than I thought though. They usually have other events going on like contests or karoke nights. There is no cover charge for this place, but you do need to be 21 to get in.

This grocery store is a lot smaller than chain grocery stores; however, they have a good selection of fresh produce for pretty cheap prices. I recommend coming here to buy your produce, but I do not recommend buying your regular nonperishable groceries here since those are more expensive than most chain retailers. They also have a reduced selection of those items. The bakery does have some really great fresh baked items though.
