The Owner:

Jackie Helton is the owner of All Blooms and has an AA degree in business management and certificate in floral design from American River College. Jackie loves art and enjoys helping others so in 2010, she decided to open Jackie of All Blooms, a wedding florist, to share her love of artfully designed flowers with others. Later in 2013, she expanded the business to a full service retail florist shop called All Blooms. She loves seeing a smile on her customer face, and will do what it takes to keep it there. 

Services:

All Blooms proudly serves Natomas and the greater Sacramento area. We are committed to offering unique and beautiful flower arrangements and plants, with superior customer service. If you aren't happy with your arrangement we will replace it.

Hours:

Monday through Friday 9:30am to 5:00pm  and 10:00 to 2:00pm Saturdays. 

Closed on Sundays, unless previously arranged with Jackie for special occasions. Evening appointments are available in made in advance.  

Substitution Policy:

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. Including a second choice in your order is always a good idea, in case substitution is needed. In the case of a wedding bouquet we will contact you before making any substitutions and/or changes.

Delivery Policy:

A local delivery fee of $10.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.) U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

Weddings and Large Events:

A deposit of $75 will hold your wedding date and the amount in full is due 15 days before the day of delivery. Please review our substitution policy, during a wedding we will contact you if substitution will need to be made.
