No Customer Service 2/16/2007

This place may be good in the sense that they have almost all the groceries that one might find in India, but their customer service absolutely sucks! The other day, I purchased some groceries like salt, etc and also some veggies and the stupid female at the billing counter mixed them all up and put the salt with some veggies that were leaving some water. I did not realise it and by the time I reached home and unpacked, my salt was a mess and I can't use it anymore. They have no common sense and their customer service is terrible! more

Pricey 10/30/2005

Gone are the days when there was one and only one Indian grocery store (Bharat Bazar) and they had quite the airs about themselves (simple supply and demand). India Cash and Carry sprung up a few years ago and I used to frequent the place for my Indian groceries. Recently I have realized though that compared to other Indian grocery stores they are overpriced. I remember buying a pound of cashew nuts and they charged me at least 40% over what another store was charging (Pasha's market on Stevens Creek) more

Extensive but expensive 9/26/2005

I must agree with the other reviewers that this place is spacious and big and mostly clean (unlike some of the other Indian grocery stores). However the place is way overpriced. On a number of grocery items, they charge more than any other store just down the store does. I guess people visiting only this store do not realize this but if you shopped at another Indian grocery store, you will notice the difference in prices. more

good chat center 9/26/2005

This store is nicely located next to dhaba. Its huge in size you have enough space to take carts inside the shop. You get most of the famous brands and most of the Indian cooking items used in daily cooking Don't forget they have a small chat center inside. There chat is pretty good and the samosas are awesome and big in size. more

Open store for Indian grocery 9/23/2005

This store is just pretty good. Its huge and there is lots of room. You can take carts inside to do the shopping. You get most of the famous brands and almost all the Indian cooking items that u need in general. They have a small chat center inside. Don't forget to try there chat when u visit them next time. Also there samosas are good and big. more

EXCELLENT PRICE AND SELECTION for Indian Groceries 8/9/2005

When you need to stock uo. India Cash and Carry is the place to go. They have an AMAZING selection of vegetables. All extremely fresh, and more importantly CLEAN. They have tons of snack items, etc from India as well. The pricing is better than most other places I have seen. Downside is that lines can be long on the weekends. However, their cash registers are with FAST service. more
