Huntington Beach Carpet Cleaning Pros

I decided to use Huntington Beach Carpet Cleaning after calling several different companies. When I spoke with their customer service department, they sounded professional and extremely courteous. I thought their website was fantastic too and to me it seemed that they offered a reasonable price. I called them at noon and they were able to come out half an hour later, at 12:30 p.m. The service was fast, courteous and pleasant. They did a thorough job and the entire carpet cleaning took no more than 40 minutes. The technician had told me that the drying process usual doesn’t take any longer than 3 hrs and he was right. I’m exceedingly happy with their services and promptness. Highly recommended by a satisfied customer. more

We chose Huntington Beach Carpet Cleaners based on their reviews we read on google. When we called, we talked to a straightforward carpet specialist, and not a salesperson (loved it). We have white Berber carpet which is hard to get clean and rather delicate. You wouldn't believe all the stains they were able to remove! I've seen carpet cleaners spray carpet and rub it in with a machine...not these guys. They steam cleaned and sucked the filth back to their truck with a hose hooked to their truck motor...we were so impressed! We leased our house out a month later, and the agreement said we had to have the carpet cleaned again :( We called them back and they gave us a HUGE discount for being repeat customers. We needed someone to clean our carpets on a moment's notice (which happens to be often the case with us). Huntington Beach Carpet Cleaners had advertised same day service, and so we gave them a call. We were scheduled for the same day early afternoon and got a reasonable quote as well. The guy that came to clean our house showed up on time and started to work right away. He was a bit quiet, but he kept smiling and was nice to deal with. We liked his work and he did a great job. This business is extremely professional and delivers on their promise. I bought an old house and there are carpets and rugs everywhere and they need a really good clean. So I gave them a call after finding them on Google and looked at the website and firstly they came to give a free quote then as I was very happy with the price we booked on for a clean to be done.
