My windows were installed within the time limits promised. The men were polite and efficient; making little mess - what was made was gone by the time they left. The windows are better than advertised. I recommend Ideal without qualification.

I called appliance repair yesterday afternoon, explained my problem and was told that a serviceman could come out the next morning to check it out. The serviceman, Tony, called 15 min. prior to our appt. and stated that he was on his way. When he arrived, he was courteous and professional and discovered the problem within 5 minutes. He had the part needed in his truck and replaced the faulty defrost control in 20 minutes and was on his way. He advised me that if we had any problems with the refrigerator in the next 30 days, he would return free of charge to check out any problems.

I am very impress with Lamps Plus. I went here looking for a new lighting for my room since I just brought a projector. Lamps Plus has a huge warehouse ceiling full of night light, reading light, and many others to choose from. After a walk through of Lamps Pluss store, my neck was literally aching; however, I found the one I wanted. The best part is, Lamps Plus give me it for 50% off retail because they were having a clearance. I would highly recommended to everyone.

Pricing can be a it high but the quality of the workmanship and stains and woods are definitely worth the investments of fine quality furniture. Never had a water damage before so it was a bit of stress especially on a holiday. These guys were great from start to finish. If you have a misfortune of having a flood damage to your home I highly recommend this company. They have a coupon that they honored for $250 off with no problems.
