I decided to use Huntington Beach Carpet Cleaning after calling several different companies. When I spoke with their customer service department, they sounded professional and extremely courteous. I thought their website was fantastic too and to me it seemed that they offered a reasonable price. I called them at noon and they were able to come out half an hour later, at 12:30 p.m. The service was fast, courteous and pleasant. They did a thorough job and the entire carpet cleaning took no more than 40 minutes. The technician had told me that the drying process usual doesn’t take any longer than 3 hrs and he was right. I’m exceedingly happy with their services and promptness. Highly recommended by a satisfied customer.
