Heritage Glen Cleaners

Rate them a 2 and we will Never take anything to this dry cleaner. again.. they do poor work at times and added a 50% charge for an item we supposedly picked up 2 years ago and did not tell us until we caught it later on the bill. How do you pick up an item at a dry cleaners without paying? They just tried to get the bogus charge past us and didn't. Check your bills carefully if you use them. They have gone way down-hill in the last year! more

This is the second time we have needed something drycleaned on very short notice. I called Heritage Drycleaners in Kenwood and the owner went above and beyond to help us out. Our son who is in the military came home for Christmas and needed his dress uniform to be steam pressed. We took his uniform there straight from the airport and it was ready the next morning. Today I called Heritage Drycleaners again to see if he could steam press his dress uniform again. He is coming home for the funeral of his Grandmother and is a pall bearer and will be wearing his dress uniform. The owner said sure. He said he could have it ready for us tomorrow morning at 8:00am. Just in time for us to travel to Columbus for Grandma's funeral. I can honestly say I have never had such a heartfelt experience. The best part of all this is that he said he was glad to do it and that it gives him a way to show support and thanks to our military men and women. I will never take my drycleaning anywhere else and I will share this experience with everyone I know so they too will patronize Heritage Drycleaners in Kenwood! more
