This is the second time we have needed something drycleaned on very short notice. I called Heritage Drycleaners in Kenwood and the owner went above and beyond to help us out. Our son who is in the military came home for Christmas and needed his dress uniform to be steam pressed. We took his uniform there straight from the airport and it was ready the next morning. Today I called Heritage Drycleaners again to see if he could steam press his dress uniform again. He is coming home for the funeral of his Grandmother and is a pall bearer and will be wearing his dress uniform. The owner said sure. He said he could have it ready for us tomorrow morning at 8:00am. Just in time for us to travel to Columbus for Grandma's funeral. I can honestly say I have never had such a heartfelt experience. The best part of all this is that he said he was glad to do it and that it gives him a way to show support and thanks to our military men and women. I will never take my drycleaning anywhere else and I will share this experience with everyone I know so they too will patronize Heritage Drycleaners in Kenwood!
