Henries Dry Cleaners

The worst customer service ever. They destroyed my clothes when I went to pick up two items they were burned very bad. I asked how this happened they did not know nor did they care. I spoke to the corporate office and they were unknowledgeable rude and could care less that they had destroyed customers clothes. They lied to me and always overcharged me. I am using another place. I found that my clothers were cleaned better and looked a great deal nicer and I pay less for better service. more

Having never used Henrie's before, I asked for a quote on my dry cleaning. The woman told me it would be roughly $36.00. I thought that was reasonable for my silk shirts and left my clothes to be dry cleaned. When I picked up my shirts, a different woman (who was present at the time of my initial quote) told me I owed $78.00 as I handed her my card. Before I could open my mouth to protest, she had already swiped my card. I politely said I had been quoted half that. She said since it was the weekend (and the book keeper wasn't there), she couldn't give me a refund. She blamed the other woman, saying that the other woman was new and didn't account for silk and the additional cost added for the shirt with beading at the neckline. I obviously would not have chosen to given them business had they quoted me correctly the first time. I called the next day to speak with the manager and was given no refund or explanation. She told me I could talk to corporate but that she couldn't help me. Henrie's is within walking distance from my home and I now choose to drive across town rather than give my business to this over-priced, dishonest, customer-unfriendly establishment. more

I have been to Henries multiple times because of their quick turnover. According to them if you drop off your items before 9 they will have them done by 5 that same day. When I walked in at 8:50 am and was told it would take 3 days to have my clothes done (3 items) I asked what the problem was! They said they had just been slammed with four huge bags and that they prefer clothes to be dropped off at 8:30 am....but yet their policy clearly states 9 am. Having just rushed out the door after waking up to drop of my clothes I was not in ANY mood to be criticized for my 'tardiness'. I will not be returning to that overpriced establishment ever again. more

I have been going to Henries for years and have been very pleased with their service. They have great customer service and are very willing to help you out. I also recently switched to their ""pick up/delivery"" service, which is great. I never have to leave the house to take in my drycleaning or pick it up and it doesn't cost extra. I am also pleased with their cleaning. They have been able to remove almost every stain I have brought in. Overall the extra you pay in price is worth it for their quality and service. I have been very pleased with their cleaning and will continue to take all my drycleaning to them. Pros: quality, service, pick up/delivery Cons: little expensive more

Insanely overpriced. Mens shirts are expensive, but they really get you on pants and jackets. Pants, we're talking like 8+ dollars for just a pressing. NOW recommended. more

I will NEVER again go to this establishment. They charged me $20 to dry clean a shirt. I chose to go to Henries because it is close to work. The place that I normally go to would only charge me $3 for the same shirt. The employees were extremely rude telling me there was nothing they could do.
