Money pit 8/30/2013

This office is the biggest pick your pocket dentist office I have ever dealt with. What they do is pick an issue and wring every cent they can out of it. How does a 5 year old need a crown on a tooth that when first diagnosed was labeled a very small cavity, then on drill day, becomes very deep and practically touching get a nerve? Remember, these are baby teeth we are talking about, and not molars either. What I feel this office does is it uses kindness and a fake compassion for your child to squeeze every cent it can from you. Everyone person I speak to has this opinion. They are also kind of quick to use sedation on small children as well. I guess many enjoy this practice, but I am kind of getting fed up with them. more

Poor Monkeys! 1/18/2012

I'm very disappointed to find out that Hamilton Dental Associates still subjects live monkeys to a miserable existence in their office. I was a patient for many years as a child and always felt horrible seeing those poor animals living such a dismal life in that terrible cage. No windows, fresh air, or even space to exercise, I've never even seen appropriate bedding. Im shocked your facility still exploits these highly intelligent, social primates in such an archaic display. Your monkeys should be retired to live out their days in an appropriate sanctuary. Hamilton Dental, please become a progressive asset to humane treatment of animals, retire that monkey! more

Runs a tight ship here at Hamilton Dental 5/3/2011

Scheduling for Hamilton Dental Associates is a breeze compared to other offices I've been to! They run very well and efficient as a dentists office with their caring staff. I'm glad we have such a great dental practice with time management skills right here in Trenton Jersey! - Tejal M. more

Customer Services 7/21/2010

Event ought they have good Dentists their customer services is terrible. In here emergencies are treated like regular appointments, the staff seems not to care about their patients. I had a horrible pain on two of my teeth, when I called the receptionist gave an appointment for two weeks later, when I told her that I was in pain she said that the Doctor was booked, and that was the only day she had available. My husband had to call them in order for me to get a sooner appointment. I have continued using their services because the Dr is very good but I am considering another Dentist office. To me the way how I am treated is very important more

Not a pleasant place 9/14/2009

I would give this place a no star if I could. The place was not welcoming at all. I had an Aug 2009 appointment as a new patient exam and cleaning. When I got there, I did not have a cleaning and was told that the cleaning appointment should not have been made. The next appointment available for a cleaning was not until Feb 2010, same thing for the filling I needed. There is no way I am waiting 6 months for the next appointment. Some of the staff were nice others were not. I would definitely not recommend Hamilton Dental and I would never take my child there. more

Dental Office that does it all, and is THE BEST for Kids! 8/19/2005

My son has loved the dentist since we switched to Hamilton when he was around 5 years old. Kids are so at ease here. The care is excellent, they work well with your insurance, and they do their very best to keep their patients comfortable. They have game systems for the kids to play with, they show movies about tooth care, they even have pet monkeys there. The kids waiting area is such a blast that many times when their dental work is done they want to stay to play in the big 2 level play house. It is really nice to find great compassionate care, a wonderfully supportive staff, and a place your child will love to go!! more
