I did not buy my car from here but take it to get serviced there. They have great hours- I think they are open until 9pm on weeknights. I have never been kept waiting long and they provide a tv to watch while you wait. When I went with my toddler they made a point to get my car done fast so we could be on our way.
I have gone in for an oil change that I put off for months and expected them to find things wrong and they haven't. So I never feel like I've been taken advantage of and they are very good about explaining the repairs to you. I also get phone calls from time to time asking me about the service there to see if I am satisfied.

I did not buy my car from here but take it to get serviced there all the time. I always felt I was getting an honest deal. They have great hours too. I have taken my toddler there twice and they really tried to get my car serviced quickly so we didn't have to wait to long. Very friendly people.

Greedy salesman offered me lousy $1800 for my 2001 Honda Accord trade in. I walked out, and drove to Team Toyota ??????Langhorne, PA. They offered me $4000 for my trade, and $600 less on the price for better equipped RAV4.

I shopped around at another dealer more north of Princeton and even that salesman couldn't believe the deal I was getting. They even bent over backwards to get me the color I wanted by doing a trade with another dealer.

The sales department at Princeton Chevrolet is world class! If this review was only on the sales, I wuold have given five stars! The salesmen are not your typical car salesmen! They were not pushy and actually listened to what we had to say.
The service, department, on the other hand, should be avoided at all costs! We took our (then) new car in for an ESTIMATE!!!!! and were called later that day and told we owed them $600! We had never agreed to having any work done there. They claimed to have a signed paper saying we had agreed to their estimate, which was completely untrue. They were reported to the bbb, but we never received any word on the situation. We just paid our $600 and left the situation behind us. We will NOT be returning!
PROS: Great Sales Dep't

I purchased my Mazda here 11 years ago and I used to bring it here for regular servicing. As the years went by, I became more and more disappointed in their service. I finally wrote a letter to their headquarters and was basically told oh well. Never plan to go back.
