I went to Cifelli's for a wheel alignment and tire rotation, a pretty simple task only to be amazed at how much one company can make things worse. My rims were scratched from the machine used to do the wheel alignment and my tires were not even rotated. I marked the back ones before coming to make sure that they even changed them. Stay away.

What a wonderful company this is!! When I had a cracked windshield, they came the very next day and replaced it at my work. It took them only 30 minutes to replace. Also, their pricing is very reasonable. Definitely would recommend this company.

I purchased a full set of tires from Firestone about 3 years ago and i noticed one of my tires flat a couple days ago. I called up Firestone since i couldn't find my paperwork and the guy Ben there said "we have your records and the tire should be under warrenty, so bring it in" I dropped the tire off that night and got a call within 1/2 hr saying that the tire had a nail in it and it was covered in the warrenty! I only had to pay the difference. So i brought the car in the next day and in an hour, had the wheel attached, and tires rotated. It only cost $33!!! I dealt with the same guy Ben the entire time, he came out and talked to me about what he did and told me what i also needed to have done soon ( my front brakes). The service there was wonderful and they understand that a girl like me has really no experience doing anything with a car so they explained everything so it made sense to me!

BTS does it good , does it right , and does it quick. I was really happy with the new brakes that they installed and all the free adjustments they provided to me. The service techs are easy to talk to and will not confuse you with the shop talk that can be hard to understand. The price was reasonable and can be negotiable depending upon the job. I would come again.

I was involved in a fender bender a couple weeks back and had multiple scratches across the back of the bumper. I went to G & E expecting very little just a cheap, quick job to get my car back on the road. What I apprciated the most was that G & E used genuine parts and they replaced the entire part and did not just fix it. I was very satisfied with the service and would go back for an auto repair need.

I went to A B S for a spreading spider shatter that I had in my windshield. They were very hard to make an appointment with but I had heard good things so I was persistant. They replaced the glass with the original manufacturers specifications and I was pleased with the way they handled my car and the new glass. Thanks again.

I went to J&J for a new bumper to be installed on my lexus after I was hit by a shopping cart. They first tried to pass off second-hand parts for the original. There shop was very disorganized and I did not feel comfortable leaving my car there. All in all the bumper was painted and replaced but the service/process could have been better.
