I was surprised that I did not get a lecture when I showed up for my first appointment almost 15 minutes late. I was expecting to hear them tell me to make a new appointment. I was late because parking at Edward Hospital is frustrating on a good day, and the valets are not eager to out to park your car in the winter. The staff was very friendly and the waiting room was nicely decorated. The doctor was professional. I had a positive experience with everyone there. My only complaint (and it is not really even a complaint) is that I had to wait 2 weeks for test results and I had to call for them. My other doctors get test results much faster and call me. But perhaps I am comparing apples to oranges since this was a biopsy and not blood work or xrays.
