\r I want to remain objective about this practice. It was a partnership of several doctors, with Dr. Ginter being the senior partner.\r \r On my first consultation with Dr. Ginter, he said that my 3 herniated disks condition was treatable so I registered with the practice. A lady doctor of Chiropractic took care of the treatments which combined manipulations with 30 minutes on “The rack” as I called it. This machine is the critical factor between success and failure. Core Health Systems has a set of the right ones, a very powerful machine that will gently coax your spine into submission and realignment. \r \r I had tried another practice before with a smaller version of these machines but it was useless, and it probably did more harm than good – at a price also. Core Health System doctors will work with you, assessing the length of treatment from your condition. Mine took two consecutive 8-week sessions with a three months gap to test the recovery. The improvement was amazing. I was almost an invalid person when I started. In constant pain day and night, unable to go upstairs, unable to walk from the parking lots into stores. I was advised to get a handicapped parking sign, which I refused.\r \r Half way through the first session, I felt the pain easing off a little, by the end, it was tolerable and I was hoping that it would slowly disappear but not quite. At My age, a 40 year-old injury relapsing does not go away that easily.\r \r I returned to Core Health for a second session, and I was assigned to Dr. Danaher. This young man is a five-star practitioner; very proactive and working closely with the demanding patient that I am. Within a few weeks of part 2, I was moving almost pain free up and down the house, the painful nights eased off and I tentatively re-started my power–walks in the park. I was amazed to see that I could do it and not pay for it later. It felt like a miracle.\r \r Now for the no-so-good part: \r \r My first session was under the supervision of Dr. Ginter. I am retired, hence on Medicare. Dr. Ginter did not accept that and I had to pay for the full price myself. I tried later to ask Medicare for a refund as this treatment was recommended by a neurosurgeon, but it was refused. \r For my second treatment, Dr. Danaher said that he would bill Medicare and it was accepted without problem.\r Being a former paralegal, I queried the reason why one treatment was refused and the other accepted. It would seem that Medicare’s way of thinking is: If you first pay for it, you can afford it. That is far from the truth for me, but the pain was so bad that I would have sold anything to ease it off. \r A final word of wisdom: \r Choose your practitioner with care by interviewing him or her before committing.\r Make sure that the machines available are the full-size ones.\r Be strong and persistent in the sequence of treatments. It may hurt more at first; your body is fighting back of course. Just show it who is the boss! And all the best.\r \r \r more

I went to Dr. Ginter when his office was in Fuquay Varina. He promised he could help me with my back and neck pain, but after spending thousands of dollars, I was not better. I was very disappointed. more

I am really glad that I found Dr. Ginter. Y'all really better go here if you have any problems with your back. I was dancer all my life and did a number on my body. My back has bothered me for what feels like forever. I feel so much better! Thanks Dr. Ginter! more

I don't normally go onto these kind of sites and write reviews, but I had such an amazing experience with Core Health, I wanted to make sure that people knew this place existed. For anyone who has back problems, you need to go to Dr. Ginter's place. I thought that I was just going to have to endure the back pain that I have had for the past 10 years. About a year ago I hit a breaking point where I finally went to the doctor who when couldn't help sent me to the pain management doctor. When he couldn't help, referred me to a back/spine surgeon. I decided that before I entertained surgery that I would look for an alternative and came across Core Health. I am about to say something I never thought I would be able to say that again...my back doesn't hurt anymore! more

I have just recently finished my treatment program at Core. I can honestly say that the changes made to my overall health are amazing. When I came into the office I was a mess and in a great deal of pain. It took a few visits to see the changes in my abilities to do things that I couldn't do before, but once I was on the upswing I quickly saw vast improvements. more

I have been to many chiropractic offices and have to say that this office tops them all! The staff is extremely professional and greets you with a smile when you walk in. They have been able to help me when other doctors could not. Don't be fooled in thinking that surgery is your only option - try this office first! more

I am an athelete that had many aches and pains. When I met Dr. Ginter and his wonderful staff I was pleased to learn they could help me with a method called trigger points. My shoulders and knees feel fantastic and I am able to do so much more now! Thank you Dr. Ginter for all you have done for me and my family!!! more

I had suffered from back pain for years! I went from doctor to doctor, and was told that I had to have surgery which scared me! As a last ditch effort to avoid the inevitable, I went into Core Health for a consultation. I am happy to say that I have avoided surgery! I recently completed my program and I can honestly say that I have my life back. Thank you! My sons thank you too because their mom can play, and run around. Dr. Ginter was the 16th doctor I had been to in the last 4 years. I have been in agonizing pain for years in my legs and hips. I have gone to every good doctor in the area that I can find, including all the major hospitals. No one had an answer to my problem. I was in a wheelchair for the last 2 and a half years because the pain in my legs and hips was so bad. I couldn't walk for more than 10 feet without excruciating pain. Dr. Ginter, during the consultation and exam, asked me when the last time I had an MRI of my hips was. I told him I never had an MRI done of my hips because all the 15 doctors before him thought my pain was coming from my back. After the most thorough examination I have ever had from a pain doctor, I was told that I needed an MRI and that he felt that something was being missed. I got my hip MRIs done and he found the problem. My hips needed to be replaced. The bone was necrotic and that was what was causing all of my pain. I ended up getting both my hips replaced, dropped that **** wheelchair and now I am up walking around and living my life again! Dr. Ginter saved my life. I can't thank him enough. I have told everyone about him. more

MONEY HUNGRY. Check out other places around Raleigh. They are offering the same thing JUST MORE EXPENSIVE. They said they could help with my back problems, but a friend also went for ther ""consulation"" and they said THE SAME THINGS TO HIM! more

I had 2 back surgeries that left me w spinal fusion, and a cyst removed that I later found out did not need to be! I suffered for 4 yrs and had no life! I cldnt play with my kids and after a while started to give up on everything. I was on disability, many pain pills that my body just got used to and wld leave me in more pain. I went to Dr Ginter thinking, its gonna be the same crap! He was the ONLY dr tht had sat thr and listened to all I had to say, looked at all of my x-rays and said, ""I cannot fix what the others have done, but I can prevent anymore damage and make you more comfortable."" That was an understatement! After weeks of going there, I am laughing, playing w my kids and on my feet again doing more than I have in years. He gave me my life back! My meds are 1/4 what they were. It is a crime that the ins co do not pay for all he does! I do have to pay some out of pocket, however, if you are smart, you wld realize It costs $ for any drs visit and even more for the meds! I wld rather give it to a dr that cares and has more knowledge beyond his years, than a pain clinic dr who cares less! His honesty and care toward the well being of his patients is priceless. By the way, any machine you are on, an assistant is constantly checking on you and always in ear shot if you are uncomfortable. Also before you leave, you are asked how you are feeling. Nice Job!!!! Yey for my new life and the start of going back to work again, which I was told by my other drs would never happen! You do have a choice people. There are real drs out there who care. I had a really solid adjustment at Core Health Systems, and maybe I was swayed by the starbucks machine in the waiting room, or the really cool fish tank, or the massage beds, but when I finally got around to getting the adjustment, I felt like I was in a spa. Caring about patients is what this office is all about. Making sure the patient is comfortable, attended to, and each need is met are what Core is all about. I am very surprised at the previous post and am sure that is not the majority when it comes to patients views about Dr. Ginter. I went here and got hurt on his special machine and was given no regard to care. All he wanted was his money. So I am out my money and had bad treatment that did not work. Word to the wise do not go to him. Cons: Only wants your money more
