Great food and fast delivery!

Worst

My pizzas were small, expensive, and cardboardy. I was so excited to find a new pizza place on the Eastside to try. I know this place has been there for a while - but it was new...

Food is good, delivery guys are usually polite. Sometimes the food is overcooked, but it's rare. more

Great Pizza - Attitude So-So 2/26/2011

Ordered some pizzas for pick up. They were de-lish! Paid when I got here and went to sit in a booth to wait for them to call me up to the counter. Within two minutes the pizzas were WHAPPED on my table, I said thanks, got no replay as the guy who brought them walked away. So, tasty pizza, on time, paying for them to the person at the register - fine and pleasant... The apparent attitude I was given with my pizzas kinda sucked ... This was about 3:00 PM on Friday, one other person in the place that was probably a customer. The tables were dirty with bits of food and dirty glasses. more

good food, hard to find 12/2/2010

it's too bad the location is so out of the way. the thai fighter pizza i had was tasty. much better than california pizza kitchen's version which has seemed to have gotten saltier and saltier over the years. fun decor and love the fact they offer options besides pizza. the spaghetti and meatballs we had were pretty decent too. will definitely come back. thanks to groupon for introducing us to this place. more

Love the Gourmet Personal Pizza Concept! 1/18/2010

Went there a couple of Saturdays ago with my kids, and geez this place was packed! It has good reason to be too because the pizza at this place is YUM! Seriously, I was craving it a couple of days later and I normally don't crave pizza. I was so thrilled to find out that they serve personal pies because I normally have to acquiesce to my offspring's needs. Not this time, I was able to have my very own Thai Fighter while they ate their pepperoni and cheese pizzas. I will definitely be heading back there. Pros: Serve gourmet personal pizzas Cons: Kind of small, needs more seating more

Don't go there 10/20/2009

My pizzas were small, expensive, and cardboardy. I was so excited to find a new pizza place on the Eastside to try. I know this place has been there for a while - but it was new to me. NEVER again. Terrible value for money. $8 for a very small personal pizza that was cold and had horrible, thin, cardboard crust. The customer service was pretty poor too. Pros: Location Cons: Terrible Value more

mini pizzas and calzones with Gamera! 10/6/2009

the best feature in this shop is the tv playing great old Kaiju movies! oh yeah, the pizza's great too. good sauce on the Thai Fighter. more

great food, weird combos that taste good 9/16/2009

really awesome decor. neat online ordering system. good size single serving pizzas. unique topping combinations. a lot of thought seems to have gone in to this establishment. A++++ Pros: great small shop with tasty weird topping combinations Cons: strange location more

great pizza, good portions 7/6/2009

The pizza here is some of the best- fresh ingredients, good sauces, baked with care. The portions are good- you get what you expect. The prices are reasonable. And the ambience is pleasant. What more do you want? Pros: some of the best pizza around Cons: none really more

I order Mozz. Sticks, a plain 10" pizza, and a calzone with chicken and extra mozzarella. In that order they were pretty good (standard fare), mediocre, and horrifically bad. If you can call that football shaped pizza a calzone (you can't) then they still used cheddar instead of mozzarella and the chicken was beyond rubbery. It made me nauseous, which is really rather rare. more

Great Pizza just right! 8/18/2008

Very tasty pizza the crust is the key, the ingredients are great but the crust really makes it. If your a crust freak like me you have to try this place. Its kinda hidden on Willows road about three minutes from 520 and right next to the subway. It reminds me of a Pizza place downtown (Nlake) but better. The pizzas only come in personal but order more than one and its very cost effective This place is different and comfortable. I had a pizza with garlic, pepperoni, jalepenos and I think it was called Merciles. It was great pizza and with a Mac and Jack you can't go wrong. Pros: Great crust just good Pizza! Cons: They deliver at lunch but not at night......Yet I hope.... more

Good food, good price 5/8/2008

This is fun place to grab lunch and I have to say it is tough to beat the deal on the calzones. The calzone isn't big, but it is less than $4 and is tasty. The pizza's are decent for the price. I also give props to the theme and decorations. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because they seem to either forget about an order or take really long once in a while, but they are always responsive, nice and helpful if you just ask what is going on. Great place! more

Amazing Pizza and Really Cool Atmosphere! 4/27/2008

This is the best kept secret in Redmond!! I've driven past this place many times on my way home from work, but I won't do that again. I'll definitely be going back to get another ""Thai Fighter"". It is a little hidden, but is definitely worth stopping in for one of their amazing pizzas. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but once you walk through the door you're pleasantly surprised by the fun cool atmosphere with old science fiction movie posters and neon signs. They even have a flying saucer crashing through their restaurant! I also love that they came up with silly sci-fi themed names for their pizzas. The pizzas are all personal size, which is a little different, but they are a great value. more

I Wish I Could Rate It Better! 11/1/2007

Ok, I really want to give this place a better review, but out of my three visits to this establishment only one of them was a good experience. Everything everyone says about the pizza being a good deal and tasting good are correct. They have great prices and great personal pizzas that should fit the taste of just about anyone (and if it doesn't build your own!). My first visit was great and if I had done the review based on that one visit then I would give it all five stars. My second visit (I ordered by web that time) found my pizza not ready (not a big deal since I would rather have it hot out of the oven), but was told that their credit card machine was spazzy sometimes and would I mind going and getting cash. So I paid an extra $2.50 in transaction fees from the AM/PM cash machine to get my pizza, can you say no tip? The third visit I again did a web order only this time for four pizzas as we had company over. I got there and they hadn't started making them yet and said it was going to be about 20 mins. I said fine, I'll go get some dessert. I came back and they still hadn't made them. At this point it had been over an hour since my original order went in. i was pretty hacked off and was going to get a refund, but the owner comped me our stuff and put them in right away. I had to wait around an hour and a half in total for a pizza I preordered. It was good stuff, but I have been bitten by the bad luck food gods I guess. Pros: Great food and value Cons: Not good for large groups as it messes up their entire night. more

Great pizza, Great price! 9/21/2006

You really get a lot for your money at this place. I've tried a couple of their pizzas and both were great. The meteor shower was my favorite. more

Great pizza. Great deal. 8/13/2006

I have been to Flying Saucer Pizza on multiple occasions. My favorite is the ""Area 51"" (artichoke, tomato, spinach). My kids liked the ""Man in the Moon"" with the multiple cheeses. Pros: Tasty pizza with fresh ingredients Cons: None major more

Awesome! 7/26/2006

One of the best pizzas around - and finish up with a lip-smackin' espresso that tastes out of this world, (and a pastry if you have any room)! more

Tears of joy - not only best pizza - best food. ever. Don't look into the face of god - run! 7/26/2006

I'm still trembling with aftershocks. If you enjoy the food you eat normally, don't go here. If you go here, you'll think of nothing else. I've only had 'Ming the Mercilous'. Even Ming would cry like a baby at its awe and splendor. jalapeno. with the enyay. fennel sausage. roasted garlic. I can't remember what else is on it, but I can only eat 75% of it, and I'm a beer drinking fat man. excellent deeeeel as well. a true secret of redmond/kirkland. I used to think Piecora's, Post alley, and that place on alki was the best pizza. There's a disturbance in the force. That's no moon. they need beer on tap (or at least in bottles). recycling. and metal utensils. but these are nothing compared to the qualities of the pies. mother of god. Don't bring friends or you'll be fighting and looking at each other nervously for the leftover pizza. You'll begin by saying things like: wow, this is good pizza....too bad my oven broke yesterday, I may have to live on the rest of this, haha. but it will end up with the largest of the group walking away with the spoils. or perhaps people pretending to leave but just circling the block, to come back for more since it is cheap. it's almost as if they've discovered how to be truffle farmers, or perhaps there are addictive chemicals in the pizza. not sure. beware. Pros: pizza - best ever Cons: no beer more
