Fitworks is an awesome place to workout. They have awesome small group classes that keep me motivated throughout the full hour. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I have become much stronger through the training programs! I recommend Fitworks to anyone! more

Fitworks at Forest Park 2/6/2006

The classes are wonderful and the facility is great. The atmosphere is perfect for working out. The staff members are not always knowlegable about the equipment but the do try. Overall I would still recommend this facility as a stong bang for the buck. Pros: movie cardio room, equipment, locker rooms Cons: sauna isn't working, need massage therapy more
