I used to go to the First Wok on Springfield Pike, but it was closed one Sunday and I tried this one instead. I'm so glad I did! The hot and sour soup is out of this world! It's fresh and flavorful and you can actually tell what's in it. The first time I got it, the tofu was melt-in-your-mouth fresh. Today, I got it again, and the tofu wasn't quite so tender, but I think the chef knew, because there were substantial chewy strips of chicken to make up for it. Wow! I thought all those little strip-mall Chinese places were the same, but I've had my eyes opened. Try the soup!
