The store is large enough that you can wait in comfort while the work is being done, or you can head up to the stores located in the same shopping center. They do provide a customer waiting area, with coffee and TV if you want to wait.
Their pricing is in line with the repairs being done. Their expert staff knows what they are doing, and will send out work to other capable repair shops when they can not perform the service.
Then there are the tires, which is their main focus. We have purchased tires from them, and been pleased at the pricing for quality tires, and the fast installation services offered.
For an all around service center priced according to work performed, this is a good place to take your car if you do not have a service contract with your new car dealer. I recommend their professional and knowledgeable staff and friendly service.
