My wife and I have visited famous burgers twice and have not been dissapointed quaility meats and cheese and one of the best buns I have had on a burger.If you are a fan of onion rings you need to order someExcellant service greaat food in a clean enviorment and you dont have to wait2 hours to eat what more can you ask for. I have been to this Famous Burger locations before and was very pleased. Not so today, 3-23-07. I don't know if ownership has changed, but the burgers sure have. I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger with BBQ sauce and had one of the worst burgers in my life. Precooked, thin, overdone, dry, tasteless, hard, the lettuce, tomato and onion were not fresh. Just plain lousy. When placing the order I asked for medium-rare, with a extra toasted bun. The bun was not prepared correctly either. Of course I didn't know this until I got home. I felt it was a waste of time to drive back and ask for my money back, so I have written them a letter asking for a refund. Do not go there. They also serve Chinese food and maybe that is the problem. Good with Chinese, bad with American. I'm never going back to will never know. Cons: Horrible burgers. more
