I bought a fountain ($1299) from this nursery after specifically asking about delivery services.All I was told was that it is free local delivery. When the product had to be delivered, they only wanted to leave the product outside and not bring it into the foyer of my house(1st floor).They said that they would charge $100 for that service and that I should have mentioned this at the time of sale.I told them that I was not informed of this clause when I specifically asked about the delivery service.Even so Quentin(the person who spoke with me over the phone) kept saying that it was my fault.Then I asked for the product to be returned to the store and either a refund be made or I would find other means of delivery since I did not agree to pay $100.He refused this request and instructed the driver to leave the product outside on my property against my explicit wishes.I have never known such customer service.Neither did they refund my money nor did they treat this issue with respect and courtesy.There was nothing in writing about all these terms and conditions when I made the purchase and the way they dumped it on my property is shocking. Then when i spoke to the owner Debbie, she screamed at me on the phone and said that it was my loss and that I blew it. In such a struggling economy, businesses with bad customer service should be shut down.
